One of the cleanest Goodwills Ive been to! I personally havent found a lot of treasures here, but thats the nature of thriving sometimes. I will say the prices at the CDA location seem to be a bit better (at least for the stuff I end up interested in/buying).

Employees 5 star❣ Upper Management NO stars 🤪 Your sales have to be down..clothes racks are stuffed!!! Give customers a reason to come back. Who cares if dressing rooms are closed..no reason to shop for clothes!! Prices are too high without a color to shop for!! I only shop on Monday and buy very little!!

Great Goodwill thrift items, a great organization.

I was approached by a little brain washed girl distributing communist propaganda, ie; face cover. I thought I was in the USA! But I guess when I walked into this place I stepped into communist Russia or Venezuela or China, who ever it is they identify with. I live in the United States of America governed by our Constitutional rights and freedoms!! I dont ware communist propaganda any where. Im an adult and I will choose when, where and why if I want to ware a face cover. Its my right and choice!! Stop being sheepal and start being supporters of America and our Constitutional rights and freedoms!!

Cleanest, friendliest, efficient thrift store. The staff is always happy and friendly. They price stuff fairly to keep it moving through.

All of the people that work there are so considerate, theyre super friendly, and fun. I feel so good when I go visit

I just want to express how unprofessional and rude the postfalls manager is. I was refused to use the dressing room due to covid19. I was told by a cashier that if they didnt fit I would get my money back. Ive donated hundreds over the years and i will no longer give to that organization.the manager called me a liar and embarrassed me by raising her voice and yelling at me. She refused to give me her managers number and walked away from me.

Just walked out and purchased some things I did not get greeted as I walked in but the lady in back of me did. Walked to payed and the cashier with dark hair in a ponytail kinda of long on thicker side didn’t even greet me and just pretty much threw my bag and didn’t even say have a great day or nothing !!!! Please have her work on her customer service! Wow !!!

This particular Goodwill location Ive found to be amazingly clean and a great place to shop at. Although recently a certain employee, Fansico, has been extremely curt on a handful of occasions; to both my brother (while he was donating items to your store) and to my mother who is a regular customer. Treating customers in such an unfriendly manner does not add or build the reputation of a company.

Good place to shop took my daughter to get her a bike. They let us go in the back for her to look at some more options they were nice enough to even air the tires up on the bike she had picked out. The staff was very nice. Would have given them 5 stars if they would have been able to change out a $100.00 bill on a $32.00 purchase. The staff said they cant before noon. I want to say thanks to the Goodwill staff for all your help.

I love this store. Its bright, clean and organized. I find lots of neat things and clothing there. The staff are all very nice and professional. I like taking things to Goodwill because I know it will go to someone in need.

SO glad this newer Goodwill is in a nice big building. The staff, always seems to be upbeat. Pleasant to visit.

Seriously overpriced used goods, and a very limited selection of anything worthwhile. I did buy a blanket for my dog to lay on and chew, but nothing else there was worth buying.More and more, I am finding myself just avoiding Goodwill completely, and this location is a prime example of why. The shelves are either full of items you can get at places like Fred Meyer or Walmart for the same price, but in new condition, OR, full of garbage they cant sell on their premium website where they hock all the good stuff that comes in.I prefer places like Value Village or Idaho Youth Ranch where the stuff that comes in makes it out to the floor. Those places are not being greedy with the donated goods, and are actually giving back to the local community, not a corporate office on the East coast.I dont know why I ever bother to go into Goodwill anymore, but I am starting to think I will no longer bother as its always a complete waste of time.

Ive never seen ANY thrift store have so little inventory of mens clothing!! Literally, ONE partial row out of the ENTIRE store for men! I wont waste my gas to ever go there again!

Have found some good finds here, however, three stars due to employees not noticing one of the unisex bathrooms was filled with human waste and the sensor on the toilet was broken. Gross.

This is my favorite Good Will in the North Idaho region! The building is really nice, they are well organized, the staff are friendly, and they have a good selection. I always find something fantastic here!

Not that great. For a place thats supposed to be nonprofit and for the better good of the community, its prices are horrible. I couldnt find a pair of shoes under $13 unless they were totally ruined. Like seriously, if you claim to be non-profit then act like it. The employees were very kind though.

Computer systems were down so I couldnt make my purchase at the time but found a few things worth getting. I was able to basically save my items for a later time when I could come get them.

Nice, New building. Convenient parking. Tons of clothes neatly organized. Quite a bit of housewear, and a fair supply of Christmas decor including a number of trees. A lot of knick-knacks. Helpful staff.

Prices are getting pretty high on stuff they should think about whos shopping there I do for better prices but you can buy stuff on sale brand new for less at Ross

I love this store..its the cleanest of ANY thrift or secondhand store Ive ever been in. They are not overpriced and the people are amazing. nice, helpful and makes your visit enjoyable..

Love the prices. Wish the sections of close where more clearly labeled. Like big signs that said kids womens ect.

Goodwill is nothing but thieves. They get all these items given to them and charge us way more than they should. We were freezing and they wouldnt even give us a cheap thin blanket. They wouldnt accept a trade even. They arent christians!

Clean place. Still new so doesnt have a large variety of items. A big family had blocked an isle with children playing, made it impossible to get down that isle. Staff very friendly.

Half a rack of mens clothes and no signs. Old location had way more options. Seems like a big flashy waste of space. Rather go to other thrift stores in the area. Gotten extremely expensive

Very clean. Well organized glassware. Resident suggessted that cloths racks be labeled mens womens etc. Prices are way to hi especially for small items. Its silly to pay a dollar for a used item we can buy new at dollar store. I can purchase new costume jewelry for less on clearance at target, shopko etc. some residents have 40 dollars a month to live on. We shop thrift to get good deals. With friendly service. My experience wasnt friendly. The lady checking me out was condescending and she had someone right over her shoulder dble checking everything. It was all awkward.
