Usually, I complain about this pharmacy but after today, the pharmacist and two techs working should ALL GET RAISES! They were short staffed and every one of the six people ahead of me had a problem or became irate. The pharmacist helped me and I asked him a question about a future refill, he answered me and admitted he forgot to do something today and he’ll “try to do better.” I truly feel for the guy! In normal times, I could list my grievances about this place but today they rocked!

I don’t know what the Walgreen’s Pharmacy has going on but it is not upto par. I have been waiting for a prescription for 4 days. A pharmacy tech at Walgreens Post Falls told me they could “send” my script to the CDA location to be filled. Upon arrival at the CDA location the tech there explain there is no such thing as “send an order”over and that they have to “pull the order”. It’s day 5 and nothing. Kick rocks Walgreen.

Very good customer service! Even though the staff at the prescription drive-thru service was extremely busy; the pharmacy tech, a young gentleman, took the time to assure my daughter and I both received attentive and knowledgeable care.What a refreshing change from the usual generic blasé treatment weve often received at other chain type drug stores! We will continue bringing our prescription as well as other essential shopping needs here. Thank you for your kindness as well as quality product and employees.

Called yesterday to check on prescription I qas on hold. The woman picked up and then asked if I could hold on a second. Instead of coming back to the call she put me back in Que where everyone was ahead of me. I drive down to store and they had taken lunch. Terrible customer service!

Had an appointment at 11am for a vaccine booster for my mom, we have been there over an hour and had to argue with the clerk about paper work sitting on the counter for over 15mins, as they walk on by like your invisibleGet organized

Great store! It has so many things you cant find commonly in other stores! I love the variety, and although the prices can be seen as high, I understand that they only need the economic support so they can grow! Such a small yet large industry that I fully appreciate. 5 Stars.

USUALLY their pharmacy/staff are friendly and helpful... But Ive had to get the manager involved more than once now! AND i have been SHORTED on my meds before! MORE THAN ONCE ALSO! They have also shorted my wife on her medication a time or two as well! THESE WERE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE C2+C3 MEDICATIONS!!! WHICH SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO CHECK/DOUBLE CHECK THE COUNT FOR ACCURACY! Funny thing is... Its always short, but never once too many!.... Which i find HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! So bottom line people ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MEDS AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM! In their defense, they always have been willing to review the video of them counting them out, and (after much protest and arguing) they finally did make it right for me! But i wrote this up just to help others be aware of this issue! Thank you for reading this.

This store has been ok on most of my visits but Ive seen some issues with poor customer service. On the evening of 5/19/2021 I witnessed the cashier being loud and rude to several customers ahead of me. Im not sure if its just her personality (rough around the edges) but her behavior was very unprofessional. Other customers behind me commented about the cashiers demeanor as well. Maybe some retraining could fix this.

Pharmacy has been ripping me off because they dont even know what their own prescription savings card it that I PAID FOR. tried to charge me $68 for a refill that last time I paid $18.80 for the lady told me to go find it cheaper. I have been out a few days so I am withdrawing and she didnt care. basically told me to get lost NEVER AGAIN

I always call in my prescriptions, this works best. No waiting in lines to present my prescriptions and also the area on the website that tells me how busy they are seems to work. I find them very nice and helpful.

Very nice store. They have most things here as a pharmacy goes. Its neat and clean. Nice staff that have been very helpful. Seems to always be open. Lots of parking.

As soon as I realized I had broken my finger? I needed a splint and some tape. I knew they closed at 10 p.m. I got the parking lot and was power walking to the door at 9:52 p.m. But dont you worry! The female employee inside was moving quicker than I was to lock the door as fast as she could. So thank you. And please note that Ill never ever shop there again. I hope getting that door locked up 8 minutes early was worth it.

I love walgreens and shop at this one frequently but today while standing in line the older casher was checking out an elder lady who had a few questions and was also writing a check for her purchase, she was very slow ( bless her heart ) and the cashier was very patient with her while the line was growing, he called for code 2 about 4 times ( Im guessing for another cashier ) no one was showing up untill he called for code 50 and again for code 2, the line was pretty long by now but a young lady finally shows up and says what do you need ? he points to the very long line of customers ( maybe 7 or 8 ) and she says well you called for code 50. I told her that he did that only after calling code 2, 4 times and no one showed up . sooo you heard the code 50 but not the code 2 being called 4 or 5 times . Good job 😒

A place that has a bit of everything. Toys, candy, snacks, beverages, pharmacy, salon & beauty, personal health, photo center, electronics, cigarettes, etc. They have a lot. If you have a walgreens reward card you can get great deals.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with.They are consistently slow, and when I say slow Id estimate a wait on the phone for about 40 minutes, and when they say 15 minutes to fill a prescription they really mean 45.They appear to be more into their social gathering behind the counter than doing their jobs. Their approach is oh, its just a customer, let me finish my story then laugh it off before coming to help you.Go elsewhere. Drive the 20 minutes to the Coeur dAlene or Spokane Walgreens, or if you want to stay local try Medicine Man.

I needed to transfer some money . I came into use the western union. I filled everything out and just needed help from a worker to finish my transaction. I was buying a dog and needed to pay the breeder money. The manager refused to help me. She said unless i had meet the lady she would not do the transfer. I explained I was friends with the breeder she said no. I left the Post Falls, Idaho Walgreens. I will NEVER Shop or support them again. I did manage to use Western Unions Online and bought and have the dogs.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. My kids are on monthly meds call them in days before due still have to always wait.took them 3 days to get my sons inhaler which in that time was having asthma attacks.drive thru line always out in street or wrapped around the line for inside is down 3 isles.really what of my son couldnt breath it takes 3 days to get meds.and staff are short with you.maybe get more help..horrible experience everytime.
