Had some wood cut for a custom bench job. They did great work working with some very heavy wood. Would definitely use them again. Reasonably priced as well

I requested a quote from their team for fairly basic interior doors of a specific size and color. After going back and forth with them looking for an update on the status of the quote and answering questions on the specifics of what I was looking for... 3 weeks later, they e-mailed me saying that they could quote an unfinished, untrimmed, unprepped door with different dimensions than what was requested as a stock item from there supplier if I was interested.The customer service (as bad as it was) is the least of their issues. They couldnt even do a flush, solid wood, black door... for a place claims Our products include but not limited to, custom interior and exterior doors... on their website, they fall very short of living up to that statement.

Weve just completed re model and this vendor does not rise to our expectations. Their communication falters and at times downright rude. I would highly suggest going to Idaho Sash and doors in lieu of Aagesens.

Never answer the call. Leaving a message is pointless, they never call back. Not a serious business
