They said they were going to temporarily close in May 2020 until the new year via an email that not many people seem to have gotten. They have a couple of mystery boxes available for purchase on their site. They have not given anyone an update as to their plans for the shop if it’s staying closed or if they’re going to open at a later date. No social media posts/emails letting anyone know of anything. No follow up emails regarding product purchased. No nothing. They don’t care about the fan base that has lined their pockets with money for the past 5 to 6 years. They quite literally dropped off the face of the earth.

They have a really good product but incredibly poor customer service. They’re social media pages are not up to date with whatever they’re currently doing or planning for the future. They’ve been closed due to COVID which is understandable however they haven’t updated anyone as to what their current plan is. They’ve quite literally disappeared off the face of the earth. Even if they don’t have a plan for the coming year just a post on Instagram explaining the situation or telling us why they took everything off their website would do. Or even just responding to emails would be nice but it seems as though they don’t care about the customer base that’s been with them for YEARS which is incredibly disappointing.

Full of some of the best people you could ever order this kind of stuff from. The staff is amazing!

I would NOT recommend this company. Their business practices are poor, their production is slow, they are only reachable through email and their products are significantly over priced.
