This company is a rare find in these current and difficult times. They always make every effort to complete projects as promised!!! With supplies and materials so hard to get, they still manage to get product out to their customers. AMAZING SERVICE!! We have done business with them for many years and they still have the same great customer service since the first order we placed.!!!! On our last order we had a problem with our mold. They had it apart same day repaired next (at no charge) and we were picking up our order the next!!! A rare thing in the business world today.Thanks so much to all at Lightening!!

I work as a mechanical design contractor and my company has worked with Lightning Tool a handful of times, always to great effect. They are prompt and clear in their communication and we have found that they typically produce excellent parts and molds at a very competitive price. We typically need tight tolerances and particular surface finishes for our customers, and I can always count on Lightning Tool to get me what Ive asked for.

Lightning Tool, for my company was a huge waste of time and money ( see photos). They said it was a tolerance issue but as you can see from the pictures thats not true. The tooling they supplied for our product was unusable and literally sold for scrap without ever producing product. As a new start-up with minimal capital, I choose off shore tooling (China) and only an acid etch for texture, for the price . I have since completed tooling with another local company with tooling made in-house with custom laser engraving and plugs to cover screw bosses($8,000 additional quote from Lightning) for the same price I paid to Lightning Tool. Before considering working with Lightning Tool, do your homework!
