I felt like I was buying a car from my best friend. Have had some bad experiences at a certain dealership downtown Spokane. These guys really make it worth the drive to Post Falls. Long story short: After some routine service at Findlay Nissan my 2017 Titan XD Cummins had me convinced there was a serious problem. I started documenting and taking copious notes as I was sure I was going to have to argue for what was right. Findlay came and got it and took care of the issue. I really did not expect to be treated that well. Turns out the issue was minor.It’s very nice to have a place to go for service where I can trust that they will take care of me. They really do care about the quality of your experience.It’s interesting because I had an 05 Frontier with serious issues. I called a Nissan place closer to me initially but got some gruff and grouchy dude on the phone and decided I’d try somewhere else. I called Findlay and was happy with their friendliness so I drove the extra distance to get my rig checked out. Repair costs exceeded what I wanted to do so I ended up buying a new Titan which I really like and was way more appropriate for what I wanted to do. The sales experience was excellent and I feel I got a good price for my trade. So their service department is what originally got me to go there.
I visited the service center for an oil change. Robert did a great job with customer service and made some recommendations for future work for my Nissan. It was easy to get scheduled, drop off was quick and they had strong follow up communication. The service drive was clean along with the customer waiting area.

Finally an honest and straight forward dealership. I originally inquired about a Versa online and my inquiry was promptly followed up with by a salesman named Clint Myles. He got me all of the info that I had requested and when I went in to the dealership he remained true to all that he had promised me over the phone/ email. I got the deal that I was quoted and w/o any games or haggling. I love my new car!!!! I needed a car asap. I came in with a very limited budget and Garry worked tirelessly to find me a vehicle that would fit my needs and my price range. When he showed me the 2016 Versa I was shocked. I expected an older used vehicle with high miles that would fit my budget I had no idea how affordable a new car could be. Initial sale went fine until our 2018 frontier was not functioning properly. After several phone calls, service continued to say nothing wrong with the truck…WRONG. I even phone North American Nissan Consumer Affairs for assistance and they would do NOTHING. We have owned several Nissan products over the years and we will NEVER PURCHASE another Nissan. Once they get your money, they don’t remember who you are.

Worse dealer ever. They were offering in the website a Tucson 2016 in $20,000 with 2,900 miles on it. I went to the place and the Tucson had 6,000 miles and was dirty. I talked with the financial manager about the false advertisement and asked about reducing the price, he told me that he wasnt going to reduce the price and if I didnt like to go to another place to buy cars. Very rude and very bad service

I was a repeat customer and will not be returning my business. I will say that my salesman Garry was excellent both times and have nothing but positive things to say about him. My issue is with their finance guy Brad, who is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was given false information by him on several calls and he seemed put out each time speaking with me. I requested to speak with the General Manager John and was promised he would call and he never did. I can see that they do not value their customers or their concerns and for that I will take my business elsewhere. When you a re in the business of customer service you should value the customers even when there is a complaint.

We purchased a 2017 rogue this fall for my mother and so far am very happy with how it performs. We have a long driveway and the first heavy snow we had no problems with the rogue but my wifes new hinda CRV got stuck in the same driveway. We are looking at a new rogue for the wife now. This is only a service review. Not a warm welcome. I first experience they sent me away to do an oil change! They were a week out to change oil! There is no oil change fast lane. Rarely do they answer the phone in the service dept and seldomly call back. This week I called on Monday AM to schedule my oil change and again no call back. Here I am again with a follow up call two days later and no one picked up my call. Typical.
I was going to buy a car from them about 2 weeks ago. A 2010 VW Tiguan. We went in to work on the deal. 1st off they where way over kbb, there paperwork not mine explained I was not going to pay more then the car was worth, my sales man was great very nice. He took there paperwork as well as my offer back to there sales manager. That is where things started to go bad. I was the only person in the sales building. It was dead quite I could hear my sales person and the manager talking. My offer was very much in line with there KBB paperwork. That was when he stated that he could find an idiot who will pay way more for the car then me and that he wouldnt sale the car to me at my price. They still have the car I bought another car and as of 2 weeks they have not found that Idiot. Side note they just had a sale that they would give you $3000 for you trade. All they did is mark every car up by $3000. So even if you had a good trade they marked there cars up to way over value to screw you.

Make sure you get everything you need up front before leaving the dealership (touch up paint, help on setting up options, etc.) because once you pay, you will never receive a call back.
