The gal working tonight around 5pm her name was Heidi! She was so helpful. I had my 3 year old with me. He was upset because we had to send something back for him. She helped me talk him down and gave him a piece of bubble wrap to pop. She helped me package my item up and get it on its way. You don’t meet many people who will none the less engage in conversation anymore with you but to include my son and help me as well. It was a blessing. Made the task of sending it back that much easier!!!!

I just wanted to get a stamp and envelope and send it in the mail. This FedEx Office says it doesnt do stamps or envelopes or mailing. It says direct mailing on the window outside and advertises on google as direct mailing center. Only option is to pay them $10-$15 to mail it via FedEx. #disappointed

Fedex Office is a company that takes good care of their employees, but beware when seeking a new career with this location. The manager at this location is a workplace bully who will micro manage you right out of the company. She will stomp your confidence while telling HR she is providing every opportunity for your improvement. If you are a student looking for easy work while attending college, this location is not for you. You will be given the ultimatum of choosing to attend school to better yourself or having a job to pay bills and maintain your life. This unit is very small and has very few employees, which allows little wiggle room for requested days off. Fedex HR is not your friend and they will side with their manager regardless of the situation. Good luck!

VERY friendly staff, location is easy to find and access. While they didnt have the item I was looking for, they give me ideas of places in town that may have it and helped me brain storm alternatives. I highly recommend this location.

I no longer offer FedEx as a shipping option for my small business.Every time I go into this FedEx it is a hassle! They dont like my polymailers or my boxes...They are rude!Waste of my time, repackaging and relabeling so every tiny thing meets there standards.

Bre at Fedex is very knowledgeable and helpful! She always seems to be the one who helps me with any projects I am working on. The location has easy access and is open very late. With attentive service and professionalism, what more can you expect? If you need to ship or print anything, I recommend seeing Bre.
