610 did a great job on my sons exhaust. I would have given 5 stars but I think they are just a bit pricey. Sometimes you pay for good work so not to big of a deal but their labor prices seem a little high.

I had my BMW X6 a/c compressor replaced last week. The serviced was great and explained to me the works that needs to be done. It comes with a 5 yrs warranty on parts and labor as mentioned. I would highly recommend their shop especially if your car is a european made. They have a knowledgeable crews that can handle any issues. They are a lot cheaper compared to dealer charges with an excellent customer service. Thank you!

Got my valve cover gasket replaced, drive belt replaced, and some new tires all around. They were professional in listing all the maintenance they recommend and being courteous about any maintenance you decline. The pricing is a little high for hourly wage at $150/hr of maintenance, but they do quality work, and know their way around bmws and Mercedes. Would take my car back for any big issues, but smaller maintenance things like oil changes, filter changes, tires, etc. would probably do myself or would take to another shop that I frequent with my other simpler cars(Toyota/Honda).

Found this business on google and needed some repairs to my Mercedes Benz SL 550. The service and customer service were amazing. I happen to find 610 through a google search and what a find its been! There are very few service shops around who can handle genuine German car maintenance services, 610 offers a high quality service. My Audi S4 primarily needed PCV valve/waterpump replacement and Decarbon service. I am very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, technical expertise and out of the way customer service that 610 offers. I highly recommend this place!

Work performed as stated on estimates. Work was done on time and staff members were friendly. They notified me progress on the job.- Brakes and rotors were replaced as I requested; way better price than the Audi dealer.- Audi dealer told me the whole rear lamp assembly must be replaced but 610AutoHaus said I just need to replace the defective lamp only and were able to replace the defective lamp. So far, on dash warning light for defective lamp has not returned in 2 weeks. I am glad I went to these guys instead of the dealer.

610Autohaus was referred to me by a coworker who previously owned VW when I told him that the work I needed done most likely needed to be done by the dealership. I spoke to Marilyn and told her that the next time I drive my car would be when I would take it to the dealership on October 6th and that I would need to rent a vehicle because I only have access to one vehicle. She told me that since it would be just sitting to bring it in and they’ll do they’re best to look at. Not only did I get a list of what my car needed in 2 days but the work was completed in 3 days. I would still be waiting approximately 20 days if kept my appointment with the dealer. Obviously they can’t do this everyone but I’m extremely grateful how quickly they were able to fix my car. I will definitely be taking my car back to 610 Autohaus.

Had the shop do and oil change and brake fluid change on my Audi S8. They used top notch fluids, did a great job and returned car in perfect condition. Brought me out to the garage to show me some items to keep an eye as they are starting to wear. Very professional shop and open and honest with their customers.

Brought my C55 AMG in for a custom exhaust as I wanted a shop with extensive German experience to complete the work. Im very happy I brought it into 610AutoHaus, Glenn, Brett and Alex kept me updated along the way of the install and the work came out brilliantly. The welds and bends were tedious and precise. I typically do not do this but I am noticing a trend with this business of telling people false diagnoses. I recently had an oil change with these guys for the first time and it was $130 because they charge per liter of oil... okay whatever. BUT THEN they ran a whole inspection on my already 2021 inspected car?maybe because I told them my ABS light had recently turned on then off... they found “several things wrong” like a severe oil leak and broken control arms... since I was incredibly skeptical, I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion... he assured me that 600 auto had misdiagnosed my Volvo and that the control arms were perfectly fine??? I have never experienced such a scam

They got me in right away and in one day they completed the following, new tires, cross drilled and slotted brake rotors, brake pads, stainless steel braided brake lines, brake fluid flush, balance tires, four wheel alignment, and inspection on my 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T. I would definitely recommend them to any European car owner. You definitely get what you pay for.

Took my 2008 Porsche Cayenne here 2 times. The first inspection they performed, they claimed I had $2,100 in repairs. New arm bar replaced, new brakes, an oil change, and an alignment. About 6 months before this I had 4 new tires put on by creamery tire. Last night April 1st, 2020, I dropped off my car for an inspection (mind you only 5,100 miles since the last inspection.) I get a text telling me I need new brake lines, 4 new tires, an alignment, spark plugs / coils, serpentine belt, etc. totaling $3,200. I laughed when I read this text. They attempted to send me a video, which only contained my tires and the brake hose. I picked my car up and took it to another mechanic. Everything passed beautifully. Total $64.55! Will not be back again. I know what I own and I’m not going to deal with money hungry thieves!

610AutoHaus has been doing the work on my Audi A4. Knowledgeable, courteous, willing to install aftermarket parts and made good when we had an unfortunate misunderstanding. 5 major jobs done to my complete satisfaction.

I brought my BMW 135i in for what I thought was a faulty cam shaft sensor. Turns out the problem was much deeper and more complex than that. Glenn walked me through the entire process from drop off to pick up. He was able to explain to me exactly what caused the problem and then how he was going to fix it. Each step of the way I was given a status update via phone call or texts. As he was working on my car he even sent me videos of him working on my car and diagnosing the problem. I really felt that I was being taken care of, which is so hard to find with mechanics/repair shops. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable about European cars and two of the guys at the shop owned the same car as me. They really understand how these vehicles are supposed to run and are able to diagnose issues with ease. I will absolutely be recommending them to any friend, family member or colleague. Im blown away by my experience here. If youre debating between two shops, pick this one- you wont be sorry.

I recently had my 2016 Audi A3 2.0T in for its recommended 35,000 mile maintenance, an oil change, and tire rotation. Brett had me stop by with the car and I had my quote within an hour. Glenn took me to the lift where we did a walk around and he explained what was involved with the service. Complete transparency. The entire crew that I met there is very knowledgeable and detailed in their work. During the service they found a nail in one of the tires and had it replaced promptly due to the location of the puncture. Excellent work all around. I highly recommend these guys to take of your Euro car needs.

Would not recommend if you have a mini cooper. They charged me 268 for a battery replacement and 700 to change my O2 sensors. Took my car to another mechanic and the connections to the battery only needed to be replaced. They are way over priced. Dont go.

First time using this shop and based on my experience will definitely use them again. Had my wife’s water pump done in a 24 hour turn around with a better part than others quoted and a comparable price. All other shops said earliest was next week. Least stressful car repair I think I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely seem like they know their stuff and keep their word.

Taking my car to a mechanic as a woman has always been a daunting task. Feeling as if I’m not being heard and discredited or feeling like I’m being taken advantage of. 610AutoHaus was recommended to me by a friend; knowing they specialize in European cars, and knowing that I drive a GTI. My GTI, stage 3+, has 151k on it and is used as my daily drive. I brought it in for my DSG service, timing chain and tensioner replacement, water pump and thermostat replacement, and a carbon cleaning for my intake. I requested all these items due to regular scheduled mileage maintenance. Needless to say, they took care of my car and took care of my concerns. Their professionalism and dedication to quality work performed on ALL the vehicles they work on, is the reason why I have to write this review. I was lucky enough to discover 610AutoHaus when searching for a Porsche specific independent tech. As it turns out, Glenn is completely knowledgeable as it pertains to the M97 engine in my Cayman S. He’s attended advanced training classes taught by Jake Raby, the founder of Flat 6 Innovations who himself is a mastermind regarding Porsche engines. The technicians at 610 can easily troubleshoot and rectify problems on my German car. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to any European automobile owner.

This place is fantastic. Glenn is a BMW genius. He diagnosed and fixed my transmission issue with just me describing the sound and thumping action of the shift between gears. Had my car in their shop on July 10th. Called a few times to check if they started any work on the car, spoke to Brett every time and he could not be less polite and could not care less. Every time he would say, we need a few more days, but nothing would change. On July 21st, my car was hit by another car on their parking (I have a Ferrari which they let sit on the parking outside for 20 days), and insurance called me on 23rd to tell me about it. No one from 610AutoHaus called to let me know what happened. I spoke to Brett about it and he could not even apologize about what happened. Asked him about the information of the driver and he would never give a call back. He is very unprofessional and not polite. Finally, I spoke to Alex, who apologized about everything and was really nice and helped a lot. On the 30th of July, I had my car towed to a different mechanic since these guys for 20 days didnt start any work on my car and my car will lose value since it will be reported to CarFax that car was in an accident. Great job guys!

Brought my new to me BMW to them to check it over and see if there was anything needed. Went over the whole car and suggested a few items and diagnosed a noisy wheel bearing. Set me up with an appointment the following week and took care of a few items quickly and properly. The owners of the shop Dave and the mad scientist Glen are extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I like to still wrench on my own things but whatever I can’t do, I will for sure have them take care of and I highly recommended them for anyone who has a European car that needs any type of services.

Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. I had a very good experience on my first visit. I look forward to working with 610Autohaus for future maintenance requirements. I had an issue with my rear wheel center cap after the service and Dave quickly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

I will say that the owner seemed very knowledgeable and competent, however the rest of my experience wasnt really reflective of the reviews. Specifically, the information that was relayed to me from the guy running of the office wasnt very good. There was a severe lack of understanding in what needed to be done and what the results were when the car was looked at, eventually leading to the owner calling me to explain which was crystal clear and what I originally would have expected.I brought in a diesel Jetta throwing approximately 20 valid codes, with the main issue being a dead short in the electrical system. I asked them to look over the car specifically checking the short, the codes and the cam wear. Although they did all of this with a reasonable price, the main issue I needed corrected seemed to work. However, it needed to be jump started to leave the building, and the following day proving that the issue was not corrected. Those items can be very difficult to diagnose, however.This was just my experience, Im sure maybe they do better with a little less problematic cars.

Im going five stars because they had all the right equipment to do what I needed done.Then put my car through the car wash for free. They took time out of their day to explain what was wrong with my 2006 750LI. They gave me a little history lesson on my car was just all around happy with how I felt about the whole situation.

Got both my Audi S5 and Bmw 4 series worked on there and couldn’t be happier with how quick they got the cars repaired and how quick they could get me into the shop. I am very particular about places I take my vehicles to be worked on. It is frustrating anytime I walk in somewhere and I have more knowledge on my vehicle than the people I am talking to. This was not one of those places. I usually do a good bit of maintenance and work on my own vehicles simply so that I know the work was done correctly but didn’t have the time to get a particular subsystem on our Audi fixed how I wanted to. As soon as I walked into 610AutoHaus their level of knowledge impressed me and matched or exceeded the knowledge and research I had done on our particular issue. One of the things that I particularly liked about how they conduct business is to take you back and show you issues with the vehicle or parts instead of just telling you. I will without a doubt be using 610AutoHaus for any of our vehicle’s needs.

Moving from California where we had two amazing independent shops, I was concerned about finding an honest, thorough, professional European auto repair shop in the area. 610 Autohaus far surpassed my expectations and have even surpassed the level of care our vehicles received in California. Pricing is more than reasonable for a euro shop, customer service is obviously important and it shows, clean shop, free Uber ride, detailed explanations of repairs needed, follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, transparency in all aspects of the experience. I found my east coast shop for my euros!

Great service . Very helpful and were happy to explain everything to me. Had Transmission service done on my X3 and ask them to programme modules for me that I had installed. Ran into problems with modules one being wrong module and other issues from previous owners. They went above and beyond trying to resolve those issues . They only charged me the initial quote even though they spent many hours trying to resolve the issues.
