Both were super responsive to my feedback on the different mattresses, friendly, and very knowledgeable with everything in the store. They were super patient while I was back and forth between two mattresses. Would strongly recommend.

After Our mattress order with Ashley’s furniture kept getting pushed back month after month we decided to cancel with them and we headed to mattress firm! That was the best decision we made! Walked in not expecting much of a deal.. was comparing prices to what I saw at Costco for my kids beds. Ended up getting a killer deal on 3 mattresses. Roxanne at the Pottstown store was extremely helpful in trying to keep us within our budget. We couldnt find anything else other than one discount matress at the store so we headed off to Costco. While at Costco she called us back after checking another stores inventory and told us she could give us a great deal on a better product. We put the Costco mattresses back and picked up at the other store. Extremely easy process. Im super happy and so are the kids. Would absolutely do business with Roxanne again. She was great!

We got sold on something that we didn’t anticipate and was super comfortable in the store. The mattress we received was nothing like the one in store. I slept on the couch the very first night we had it after trying to fall asleep on it for almost 3 hours. I called the next day to inquire about the return policy. I was then told ‘oh you can’t return this until 21 days from now, this is a common occurrence and it will take about 3 weeks to break it in’ I was appalled by this return policy and reaction. Nothing was mentioned about this in the store prior to. I will be returning this mattress and going elsewhere.

I went into the store not knowing what I wanted to get or what type of mattress I was interested in. A great salesman by the name of Al greeted me the minute I walked in the door he took plenty of time and explained all the different types of mattresses to me, types of mattresses, quality Etc. He was very very helpful and I definitely will go back and buy my mattress from Al as soon as Im ready.

We needed a new adjustable metal bed frame that fits a king size today because my GF just got out of surgery. Our bed has been on the ground for several weeks because the platform fell apart (bought on craigslist) and we hadnt replaced it. She cant climb out of that bed after surgery so i called this store to get a price and see if its in stock. First i called and got no answer. Second time i called, it rang once and then either someone hung up or the call dropped. Then i called a third time and this guy answers the phone. These are fairly standard bed frames widely sold everywhere. Ive worked at several furniture retailers and everyone has them because most fit many sizes and screw into most headboards. The guy on the phone acted like i was speaking chinese. He finally got what i was talking about and said he doesnt think they have them in stock. He goes to look and then hangs up the phone after i hear him talking to someone else.I called the collegeville store. I think her name is Luanne? She knew exactly what i was talking about, gave me two different options that could work for me and ill be going to purchase one shortly.

Not a good experience. Arrived with a sign on the door saying be back in 10 min. Red flag. Salesperson was fishy. When I said the price was expensive he made reference to my London Fog purse. Asked if it was real. What does my purse have to do with the price of a mattress? Left there and got a great deal with great service at Mattress Warehouse.
