Collin is such a great person. He did everything he could to get my 5 year old goddaughter to get her 2nd ear pierced.

Used to be my favorite place to go the old employees were the best. Brittney and chelsey were the best always so pleasant and friendly and patient with me. Bring them back and maybe your business would be better.

Every.time went to pay on something they were never open and when had my ears periced they were rude

Chelsea pierced my daughters ears. She’s just a baby and I was so nervous but Chelsea did AMAZING!!!! I’d give her 100 stars if I could! So professional and well informed on the whole process an aftercare. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone wanting a piercing!!

I came to this establishment 3 separate times today and all 3 times there was an issue. The first time I came In today was just before opening time I was greeted by an older lady with no mask on threw me off a bit. I couldn’t even see any of the jewelry the counters were cluttered with binders and paperwork I figured they needed more time opening so I decided to continue my Christmas shopping and try again later. I tried again late afternoon and to my dismay I was liked up to the counter and stood there for about ten minutes before the young girl with face tattoos greeted me she was too busy yelling at someone on her phone. Extremely unprofessional made me feel very uncomfortable. Finally I tried around dinner time And once again I was treated like an inconvenience I stood there patiently for a good ten minutes while the older lady was helping another customer the young girl with face tattoos was still so absorbed on her phone to notice me there but thankfully a third employee and the only one that I’m familiar with who was in the middle of piercing a baby grabbed her attention for me. I don’t know what happened to the old employees but for the company’s sale I hope you bring them back. Sincerely a truly perturbed customer.

Went there to get the ears of our one year old daughter pierced. The lady was rude and kept on hurrying us. We decided not to go ahead with the piercing without all our questions properly answered to our satisfaction.

Not only was she easy on the eyes she was Super helpful, kind, and, courteous she took the time to explain to me the different styles of chains she had! Not only did I get an awesome piece I was educated as well and very surprised to see the excellent quality Jewelry that they sell. I always thought it was just cheap earrings. It is way more than just that I will go back there for all my jewelry needs. I wish I knew the lady’s name I think it was Bridget or brittney. It was something with a B (I’m getting old) As long as she is there you will be in great hands. Excellent service 10/10!

A good friend runs this long standing kiosk. I could not imagine piercing a childs ears! The Nice Lady was very professional, in a motherly manner, while she did her magic.If you need a piercing...I would not fret or squirm. You are in good hands.

All you have to do is pay for the earings, the piercing is free. Its an amazing place, have been going there for years.

Got all my ear piercings here except my fourth one on my left ear most healed fine but if you are getting a helix please go to a professional piercer

The girls there are fantastic! My daughter was very comfortable! Piercing was done quick and easy. We were walked through all the after care. Thanks for taking care of her! You completed her birthday wish perfectly! We will be back for sure!
