Disappointed I spent 500 dollars here and they never even solved my audio problem. Why wouldnt they check the Amp on the subwoofer when I told then the speaker was cutting in and out. Instead I got new wiring and have no sound system because I would have to dish out another 250 dollars to solve the problem I came in with! Dont waste your time or your money!!!

Absolutely horrible place. The employees are snobbish and disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable the moment I stepped in. They cheated me and refused to be professional. Please avoid this place!! There are so many other companies who don’t need to steal your money to continue business. 0/5 starts if possible

Very pricey, they demand that they do everything or you’re not covered by warranty. Plays hip hop music to show you speaker/bass/amp/sun quality. I mean I don’t have anything against that but okay how does a guitar sound? What if I don’t like hip hop/rap or if I prefer not to hear all that obscene language? (Not a place to take your kids with you to.) Prices are through the roof. Staff was friendly. I’d rate it higher stars if it weren’t for the music with obscenities and if the prices were reasonable.

At first everything was great, I thought they were nice but after they finished with my radio I went home, and noticed that the system was not working correctly and it kept shutting off. I had to go back to have them fix it.They said it would be 15 mins, to do a simple unplug, and reset. So an HOUR AND A HALF later my car comes out and they couldn’t fix the brand new radio. They were EXTREMELY rude and the tried to say I took it to someone else, and tried to blame me. All I wanted was them to pay the damages they caused. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED GOING TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. They do not know what they are doing and some of my friends have had similar experiences dealing with them.Hear my advice and do not go to them.

They installed a double din navigation unit in my infinity and when I went to trade the car in two years later I went to install the factory head unit and found the entire surround around the radio and center console had been glued in at least 10 different spots where they broke not nearly every clip and retainer. I wouldnt trust these guys with a 92 escort let alone your new car. Best buy quality install at best. And maximum markup on everything they carry.

It’s a shame that I have to waste my time writing this review, as I am a very positive person. If I can prevent someone else from dealing with these people my goal will be accomplished. I have experienced some of the worst service I have ever had at any other company. The individuals working here are very rude and don’t make any attempts to be kind to customers. Most of their service members are inexperienced and it became clear after my experience with them installing my audio system they don’t know what they are doing. I have had many issues with the system and they have yet to properly fix it. It has been about 4 years since they installed it and the issues still aren’t resolved. Please spare yourself and take your business elsewhere.

Worst Install I have ever had done on any of my vehicles.... I provided premium products and the install was poorly executed! Also part of my install was to be an install book and never got the pictures always got excuses!!!! Interior plastic pieces werent reattached properly... a lot of extra screws found in my center console!!!! These people dont appreciate good workmanship. Over priced!!!!!! I have seen 16 year old kids do better work than these guys!Do NOT go here!

Let me start by saying that the guys at Audio Sensations - Schuylkill Rd., are in a word Amazing. They know their stuff! They are very strong technically with many years (20+) of experience with a multitude of different vehicles. They complete their work in a timely and efficient manner. I had them install a Keyless Entry/ Push Button Start/ Remote Start System in my Lexus Rx 400h Hybrid. This is a highly complex installation that several other shops and Lexus dealerships declined to attempt. Part of the complexity involved converting the vehicles old style physical key into the new style Lexus push button. Audio Sensations completed all of the work in less than a day. I highly recommend them without reservation for ALL of your audio and auto specialty system needs. - J. Hawkins, PA

We had Audio Sensations install an over the rear view mirror backup camera about 2 weeks ago. Monica was a very helpful and the installation was done well and at a fair price. A few years ago we had a backup camera installed at a major electronics store and it was installed incorrectly where the power to the display was always on instead of it only coming on when the vehicle is in reverse. We learned our lesson and we will continue to take our future business to Audio Sensations!

Not Very Happy. Got a remote start as a Christmas Gift. Whoever installed my remote start ripped holes into my leather drivers seat. Although Acuras seats are known for cracking and creasing, there were no rips when I dropped it off, and 2 big rips when I picked it up. In addition, the remote start does not work at a distance of more than 30 ft. When this gift was purchased, they were told that it would have to reach about 40-50 ft and they assured us it would work. NOPE. I do not recommend using them, its not worth it. I gave them 2 stars because I was being nice.

My first experience here was to have AS install a remote starter and an amp for the music system in my truck. Everything went swimmingly so I felt pretty confident bringing my Tesla Model 3 in to have the audio system upgraded. No small task as Teslas are not the easiest cars to work on and there isnt a whole lot of information available out there in regards to accesorizing and upgrading. There were a few issues finding the correct processor (more indicative of the stock systems shortcomings/specifications than anything) but it was all worked out. The end result sounds wonderful and the fit and finish was very clean and unobtrusive. At first the plan was to mount a USB CD player under the glovebox (yes, I was that desparate) but when I picked up the car I found it was neatly tucked into the center console. Pretty pumped about that! When I picked up the car I recieved a fairly thorough explanation of the work completed and information regarding future EQ optimization. AS treated the car with total respect which made me quite happy as it wasnt easy parting with it for several days, I can assure you. Shop with confidence!

I wouldnt even use these guys. I am not a window tint expert, but I saw their sign and thought about getting my wifes windows tinted. A phone call to inquire about price led to a huge discrepancy between what I was told and what I found online, when I asked how many windows they tint a week, I was told they have been in business for 22 years, and certainly dont need me bothering them with all these questions first thing in the morning. I live in the area and love to support local businesses, cant do it for these guys.

You might be better off going somewhere else if your install is at all tricky. Attention to detail IS NOT their strong suit. GM owners beware. My son and I brought his new 2007 Pontiac in. If you know anything about GM cars you know that many run the trip computer and car functions through the stereo. Additionally, he has steering wheel controls we didn’t want to lose. We brought all of this up as a concern but were met with a confident, “Don’t worry. We’ve been doing this for long time. We know how to handle that. We know GM’s”.We took the owner at her word and moved on to stereo selection. We picked a single DIN because we needed room for the computer, which was an additional unit about the size of a single DIN stereo. “She then upsold us to a Double DIN. My son and I both believed a double was way too large in addition to a trip computer. “No worries, the double will fit”, she said. BOTH my son and I were skeptical and questioned her on it. Again, she assured us it would fit. So, I suppose this is where buyer beware should have kicked in. We just assumed after her reassurance there was some kind of smaller unit or dash solution. Remember, she confidently told us they know GM’s.Needless to say, and by no surprise, it did not fit. We picked up the car and found the computer was in the glove compartment. When I asked her why, she said “Because you can’t fit the computer and a double DIN stereo into the dash it’s too big”, as if we ASKED for this! I gently reminded her we tried to tell her that. “I must have misunderstood you”, she replied. Also, the steering wheel controls were bypassed. “We couldn’t get them to work”, she told us. “Sorry, we tried everything.” Obviously, if you tried EVERYTHING they would be working. After we pointed all of this out, she agreed to fix the work and install a single DIN instead. It’s important to note here that she had to check her supplier. She said, “I don’t know if you can fit the stereo and the computer in the dash”… NOW I am confused. What happened to knowing GM cars!? Of course, you can. They make the correct plate. I’ve seen them, I told her. The urgency to make it right was not there either. No attempt to shuffle the schedule. We had to wait half a week to get Audio Sensations’ mistake fixed. That brings me to ‘THE FIX’. We got the single DIN we ordered installed. But here is how that went… We still have NO steering wheel controls. It was supposed to have two USB cables and an AUX cable. We opened the glove compartment. Only the USB cables. They forgot to add the aux cable. How do you forget to add this? We went in to ask her. “AUX is going away anyway”, she said. “Just use Bluetooth”. This is not the point. We want what we ordered. We also didn’t want to come back a third time. So, tough luck I guess. To sum it up, we have a nice Kenwood unit, but we no longer have steering wheel controls. We have two of the three cables installed as one was forgotten. The trip computer works well, and the unit works well despite Audio Sensations. As I said in my opening paragraph, attention to detail IS NOT their strong suit. Just be prepared to check EVERY aspect of their work.

So i had went back to have them fix it. They said it would be 5 mins, to do a simple unplug, and reset. So an HOUR AND A HALF later my car comes out. I was told I have to use a switch to use my radio! I have never in my life heard of ever having to use a switch to use a radio! So (me not knowing alot about cars). Said ok, and went home. The next day I went to do some running around, and on my way back from my first trip, my car turned off, and my engine started to smoke. So i took it to my mechanic. There was wire all over the inside of my car. They were not there before they went in to fix my radio. So here to come find out, and $1,200.00 later that the wire were connected to my switch for my radio. Which fired my starter, thats where the went to. Also wires were pulled loss under the harness. I called just to get them to pay for their mistakes. They wouldnt, and were EXTREMELY rude. Tried to say i took it to some else, and tried to blame me. We just had a new Kenwood DDX9903S head unit with Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto installed in our 2013 Subaru Impreza, My wife and I wanted a completely hands-free system for phone calls and music that would help reduce some of the distractions for our teen driver. Andy and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. The system works as advertised and is a great upgrade from the OEM stereo that came with the car. I would recommend this place over the Big Box Stores any day.

I have beed dealing with this company for sixteen years (since I first started driving) They are the areas BEST car audio/video shop. They have always been friendly and they are very knowledgable along with always having excellent prices. Ive owned quite a few cars over the years and have had just about every service offered by Audio Sensations preformed at some point. From a complete custom car audio system for a show vehicle to tint and a remote start on my wifes vehicle. I would never trust any of my vehicles with anyone else. This is a shop where they remember your name when you walk in the door. The small mom and pop shops like this are few and far between. I refuse to use the big box stores for their lack of product knowledge and lack of actual installation experience.

THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!I got a new amplified car antenna installed here about a month ago. When it was done, I got in my car and turned the radio on there was a lot of static on all of the radio stations. The sales guy said it wasnt their fault and that it must be my car. After arguing with the guy for a while, he said they would order a new factory antenna, but that it would cost about $20 more than what they originally charged for the antenna they already installed. I then never heard back from them. I called numerous times and they either told me to call back another time or they just hung up on me. Also, I checked the price of a factory antenna from the car manufacturer and it is really about $20 cheaper than the one these guys installed.
