After looking and calling other consignment stores looking for bathing suits for my kids swim lessons. I called Evergreen consignment and they had swim suits packed up but didnt have any problem opening up the package and had me several swim suits to choose from when i arrived!Very friendly staff and willing to help you anyway they can! I went for the clearance sale. I found 2 items outside for $1 each. When I took them inside Sue told me the purse shouldn’t have been out there. She was rather snotty about it. I didn’t put it out there. They did. When she wrote up my bill she wrote the highest price for the purse and then gave me 50% off of that price instead of $1. She did the same thing with a hoodie. I counted my items when I got home and they matched the receipt but she also had a $1 item there in addition. She was anything but friendly when I called to question it. I will not go back there.

Super friendly atmosphere and always an array of good things (clothing and accessories)...they never mind if you run close to close...its a hit in my book...!

They do have a nice selection of merchandise and the store is tidy with nice displays. But the gave no signs requiring masks and the person (owner?) behind the counter did not have a mask on, neither did her child who was playing in the store. He appeared to be about 7-9 years old. With the pandemic so out of control I have absolutely no respect with such irresponsible behavior. I will not be going back.

I love this place. You can find from gently used items to brand new. Their prices are fair; the place is clean. You dont feel like you are in a thrift store at all. The only thing that I would love to improve would be the variety of men and boy clothes.

I was very disappointed in the lack of concern for customers and their safety in this establishment. Every costumer is wearing a face mask in the store, but none of the employees are considerate enough to do the same thing back. They obviously don’t care about their customers’ welfare. They don’t seem concerned and the store doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in a long time. I will never return and will urge others away from this business.

Stumbled upon evergreen consignment by accident: I’m sure glad I did! What a great store. It’s bright and clean and arranged so nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Selection was was great as well. Great assortment of all kinds of stuff. . We certainly will be back! This shop is on point in all that they do!

This is one of the cleanest, kindest staffed consignment shops Ive ever been in. Very well organized, clear prices & well advertised sales happening in the store, also on Facebook. Nice to check out online for new merchandise coming in all the time. Im both a consignor and shopper. So relaxing to step into & look around. They have womens, MENS, babies to teens, houseware, kids toys, seasonal items, and jewelry, plus lots more interesting and unique items for a small shop.

If you go into the store they DO give you a flyer that states the information you wished you had. I have consigned for over 10 years and shopped there for over 13! I have had numerous friends who also consigned. There is a waiting list for a great reason. The owner cares about how business is done. Ive had things rejected that seemed strange to me but no biggie- take them elsewhere- build up a base of shops you take your item to.Yes, they are picky. That is why I shop there. No one wants older, out of date merchandise with perhaps zippers that dont work or buttons missing.... Consignors need to just make sure clothes are VERY clean, up to date, and in great shape... this is NOT Goodwill which takes almost any item no matter what--you are correct in that. I respect the reasoning on what they take.I get great a shopping atmosphere, nice variety of goods, simple, easy to understand pricing structure, and pleasant staff. I never fail to come out with something and feel I scored a great deal! Last there on March 22, 2010.

I called to see if they might take a couple household items on consignment. Their rep advised theyd need to look at them. Great, I said Id be over in a bit. I walked into the store and asked if theyd like me to bring the items in the store and they said yes. Then they asked if I already had an account with them. I said I did not. They then advised I must have 10 items to start an account with them (I only had 2). Gee, did this policy change between my phone call and stopping in 30 minutes later. A good customer service person would have mentioned the 10 required items for a new person before I wasted the time to drive over. Guess I will continue to just drive by their shop.

Wonderful and kind owners. Beautiful store, everything is neatly arranged, maybe even color coordinated. Happy to be a consignor as well as a shopper here.
