This place has the best people working there. They are so friendly and fun!

Guess it depends who you are 2 sales people there one person cleaning a ring the other lady doing an interview right in front of me walked around for about 5 minutes I want to look at some jewelry finally sat down waiting 15 minutes not one person looked at me and said well be with you in a minute completely ignored me thats very nice no wonder the place is empty they should shut down soon also

Wanted to take the time to write this review because the people at Kay Jewelers of Pottstown are incredibly helpful people. This is my first time ever buying a nice piece of jewelry and will probably be my biggest. Buying an engagement ring is tough with so many options (the 4 c’s which I learned there). I came to the table with so many questions and looked at a few different rings and even went to their diamond styling event. The crew was so helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. Special thanks to Angie Rogers for helping me each of the three times I visited the store, even with my girlfriend along and helped me get answers to all the critical questions. Highly recommend the great people at this store!

I really appreciated how fast these ladies were to help me replace my engagement ring. It felt so good to know that my ring is always in good hands at this location when sent in for repairs. These wonderful woman are quick to the point, kind, and knowledgeable. Always looking at the customers best interest and to get you your ring back in perfect condition. I couldn’t be any happier with their amazing customer service!

By far the best Kay Jewelers weve ever been to. So much so we returned for another purchase. Nicole is a wonderful person and knowledgeable and helpful. Fiance is beyond happy. Definitely in no way as pushy or pressured as Rocky Point New York store.

Took my rings in for inspection was told and was told by the one sale women that every one of my rings was not bought at their store to and I told them OH YES THEY WHERE and show her the paper work now I had some of the rings 20 years and get the inspected twice a year there. So this time I was told my engagement ring need be re-headed so they sent it out. When it came back and I got it we where on our way home we discovered it head was silver and not gold so we had to run back and ask about that because I always remembered gold. But they said the ring was silver and gold I just had if so long the silver head turn gold.

Went in to start looking for wedding rings. Nicole was helpful and friendly, and showed me tings to match my engagement ring
