This is the 3rd time I am posting a review, as the previous 2 times I have been asked to delete them in exchange to “resolve” the issue for us, but it has been 5 months and we are still struggling. We purchased several cardio machines (2 treadmills and 2 stairmasters) back in February and not a single one of them works properly. They have sent a technician trying to “fix” them multiple times, but something else fails every time. We were deceived by all the good reviews, but purchasing from Fitness Equipment Empire has been the worst business decision. Do not buy cardio equipment from them, they will sell you a piece of junk. Extremely disappointed.

First let me start off my mentioning what a great experience I had from the time I first contacted Jeff till the delivery of the freight in my driveway. I am glad that I purchased one of the most high end equipments I have ever bought for my home gym from Fitness Empire. Inspite of it being a holiday week, the machine was ordered and delivered within the same week.Secondly, I ordered the machine disassembled so that I could move it to an appropriate position in my garage. It was delivered by freight and each component was bubble wrapped multiple times toprevent damage. Everything arrived in great condition. I bought the brand new empire 45 deg leg press that Jeff manufactures. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the equipment especially for the extremely reasonable price. PHENOMENAL. It took me sometime to assemble the machine as the components are very heavy (as they should be). One heads up is that if you do order something disassembled make sure that either you are mechanically inclined or have some help to assemble/install the machine correctly. It comes with a booklet and picture of the machine in parts, however, you will need to figure out how everything fits.Overall a super experience and fantastic product! Purchased a smith machine from this company and the issues started right from the start. I paid $1,000 for lift gate service and garage delivery. They did a laughable job packing this unit and it was set onto a pallet. Not strapped, just laying there with no protective packaging. Then I was told that I had to help the shipping company offload the entire order. Plastic covers we damaged and the machine was in pretty rough shape, but I still accepted the delivery. Then, I went to assemble the unit and they shipped it with the wrong bar. The owner, Jeff, refused to send the correct bar until I shipped him the wrong one back. I refused to comply because, well why would I wait when they did the wrong thing. They sent the other bar. That was wrong too. Now after 3 months of purchase and the inability to use the machine they admitted they bought the machine disassembled and really didnt know if they shipped the right parts either time, they were guessing. I wanted them to take it back, but they said I had to find a pallet to fit it and disassemble and prep for shipment myself. Now they sent a tech to look at it and he told me that a replacement bar doesnt exist. I either get them to send me the proper bar or I have to buy a new machine. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased a full set of the Empire Olympic Rubber Grip Plates with an olympic barbell and EZ bar. The plates are super durable, have excellent grip, look great, and I expect they will last a very long time. The barbells are top-quality. Everything is professional grade - products you could find in any big gym. Ordering, shipping, delivery were all efficient and easy. Ordered the 4 stack Empire Fitness jungle gym with 320 lb weight stacks. The equipment came quickly and everything was safely wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. Easy assembly and the equipment looks great. The pulley systems are very smooth and really like the heavy weight stacks. Very solid, well built machine. We had a hard time finding a cable machine with stacks over 300lbs at a decent price, this one fits the bill perfectly!
