I am the race director for the largest all female Breast Cancer Race in the state of PA. As you can imagine, portable toilets are an extreme necessity. United Site Services service was amazing. Our event is two days and at different locations. The Vice President of Operations met with me three days before the event and photographed the exact location and layout of each place the toilets needed to be installed. This way I did not have to worry about the portable toilets during the actual race set up. I am a Senior Project Manager at a Commercial Construction Management Company and have been dealing with portable toilet subcontractors for 32 years and have never had this type of service. I highly recommend United Site Services and plan to use them on my construction projects as well.

Potty Queen, now United Services, have been servicing our Festival for many years. They are a great local company who has always been there when we need them the most. My Account Rep, Lori and Manager, Zack are only a phone call or text away and handle our needs and requests pretty quickly. Our event is large and having a company who understands our demands is most important.

Lori Schweitzer is my sales rep and I’ve been working with her for nearly 18 years now. Her level of customer service is 2nd to no one, being reachable at nearly any time and almost 8 days a week, too. The products she and her company supply are top notch and if I’ve ever had a problem with any one of them, it’s been fixed before the start of the event. Weve been working with United Site Services for more than a decade. Their prices are competitive and their service is outstanding. Our sales rep is very responsive and available on nights and weekends if any issues arise outside of standard business hours.

The portable toilet arrived on time and worked well for the duration of the project, but the job ended and it took about 20 days before it was removed. The office I called was friendly and understanding of the situation.

Project ended October 11th requested unit be removed. I was told 3 business days. Called two weeks later because customer complained unit was still on site. Went to site 2 days ago and unit was still there. Called again and they said unit will be picked up next day. Not sure if it happened. Will not use them again.

Weve used United Site Services for multiple festivals now, and its been a pleasure! All of the potties have been clean, delivery and pickup have been timely, and the service is always friendly. We would highly recommend them for any potty needs!

He will address and work thru any issues quickly and efficiently no matter if its related to pricing, equipment, providing personnel, etc. It is nice to do business with someone that understands teamwork and the art of providing great services.

The portable units are nasty inside, even after being serviced.
