They came out the same day, were on time and the technician was very courteous; however, their prices are outrageous. Never again will they return to our home. Their parts prices are 4-5x the cost than if I purchased myself. The guy was here under an hour and it was $190 in labor. Also I know the location they claim as their office online and they must be just using it as a PO because they definitely do not have a store front.

This place is an absolute joke!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Called on Tuesday to have a new garage opener installed. They say OK, no problem, we can come out Thursday between 1pm and 4pm. Great. Fast forward to 4pm on Thursday, no one showed. I call and am now told it will be between 5pm and 8pm, they are behind. OK whatever, it happens. You guessed it, no show during that time slot. Call back next morning right when they open and express my dissatisfaction of a) them not sticking to the time frames given and b) no one having the decency to at least call me and tell me they are late. Woman gives me a clear window of between 11 and 12 they will be there. You guessed it again! No call no show. When I called them again to complain I was told they will look into what is causing the delay and call me back right away. It is now 4 hours later and I completely gave up hope on receiving a call. I had to stay home from work both days to wait around for nothing! I am beyond frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, when you street view their location, it doesnt even show a place with their company name or store. I think its fake. All the positive reviews are probably made by the employees. This place is a scam, stay away!
