Seriously? Drive there only to be met with a sign of the door that they are “by appointment only”. Would be awesome for that to have been listed somewhere other than the front door. What is that? We have being living in this covid world for a year now. If you haven’t figured out how to operate a business by now then you don’t deserve to have a business.

Just went to shop because I googled gun stores in my area. Knocked on door and Matt greeted me with open arms. He took the time and interest to hear what I wanted. He was so knowledgeable about everything. Jeff the owner walks in and takes the time to show me their operation and their website. They custom engraved mag plates and slide plate while I waited. I was very impressed with them no I don’t work for them just being honest. This is a great little gun store with great people behind it. I also walked out with a great upper and lower at a great price. I would recommend anyone to this store Matt thank you for everything and Jeff it was a great shopping experience with you guys. I will be a great loyal customer. Anyone looking for great prices and great people this is the gun store for you. See Matt you won’t be disappointed. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way. I bought a firearm and had it shipped here for pickup. Staff are passionate about their craft and extremely knowledgeable. I dealt primarily with Trevor who was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, patient, professional, and prompt. It was great dealing with them. 5 stars all the way!!

07-06-2020. I recently purchased a new handgun from their online store and it was delivered and ready for pickup in less than a week. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The store front is being remodeled so I can see how people think its closed or not there but it is. This establishment deserves better reviews then what theyre getting! Email them and start a line of communication and youll be happy you did!

From someone who has very little experience with guns I was very happy with my experience at this store. They recommended an excellent trainer to make me comfortable with guns and then they helped me with my purchase. They were very friendly and were available often on email for my questions. If you are interested in purchasing a gun but dont know where to start, I would highly recommend this store.

It place is very good low prices; I live in Florida & I ordered a pistol online Saturday night & Tuesday morning my local gun shop call me saying that I can pickup my pistol.I definitely will order from Gun inc again. Thank you.

Outstanding store! Great selection and the staff are very helpful. They all are very knowledgeable and desire to get you what you need! They always have ammo in stock which is amazing! This is definitely my go to store! I definitely recommend this store.

Placed an order for a Talo 10/22 rifle arrived sooner then expected. Very nicely boxed, No chance for damage. Best price on the internet, and I don’t work for them or know them just the truth about my experience. Very friendly on the phone.. will purchase from them again

Terrible customer service - they don’t answer their phone - ever. And, they apparently also don’t know how to update their listing in Google. I drove over an hour only to find that they were closed, despite checking their store hours.

Good people, easy on newbees

Had some issues with picking up a gun here as they are never open the store and you need to arrange an appointment or bang on the door and hope they hear you while working in the back. Transfer fees are also higher than average.

All 4 and 5 star reviews are fake and written by friends of employees. Dropped off my AR to have a custom handguard installed in place of stock. Was told by the gunsmith it would take a week for 75$ . Called back 7 days later, employee had no desire to interact with people, was quick to attempt to end the phone call, and insisted my gun wasnt ready EVEN BEFORE he asked my name and gun make. Finally was told my gun wouldnt be ready for another week. Picked up my gun 30mins later without an apology or a have a nice day. Dont waste your time or money here, plus, terrible selection of guns that are overpriced.

Theyll keep you waiting with complete BS. The girl answering the phone doesnt know anything and it takes her 3 days to get an answer from the owner. In the end, turns out they dont want your money. Skip the hassle and shop elsewhere. Wish, I could leave 0 stars!
