I went to buy a tool chest and they had exactly what I was looking for. I also picked up two sets of wrenchs that look great in my brand new tool chest. The check out woman was great and fast the guy who brought the chest out to my truck was quick and more than helpful. All and all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back and I will tell all my family and friends to go to Harbor Freight for all their tools that they need since they come with a lifetime warranty. It was my pleasure going and like I said I will definitely be back. Thank you Harbor Freight for moving so close to my house.

Good selection of things. Prices average. Why dont they give VETERANS DISCOUNT? LOWES and Home Depot does. Will support businesses that support Veterans.

Went to Pottstown HF for a tire & wheel for a hand truck. As expected, there are many to choose from. I chose one that I thought was close. I went to the cashier and asked. Can I take this out to my truck to see if this this tire and wheel matches up with what I need? Ill give you my credit card and/or license to hold-if you want. As expected, he said Thats fine. I trust you. I get half way to my truck and some stocky guy comes running out with an obvious Karen like attitude. Grabs the tire from my hands. No! you cant do that!! You must bring everything into the store!!As a retired business owner, I suggest to the HF owner to properly train your management staff basic customer service skills, and to NOT treat their customers as common criminals. For him being such a dbag, you have lost my business along with my contractors.

Its Harbor freight, need a tool to use once, this is the place to go. Cheap also. As for the check out they ask for a phone no., if you dont give yours they make you feel cheap like there tools.

Everything was clean, missing a lot of jacks which was what i was looking for but other locations had them

Pretty nice they opened one closer to home. Seems like this specific store is stocked and staffed with friendly people. Well see if they can keep it up over time, regardless, I dont see this location going anywhere soon.

Harbor freight is a handymans store, I stop by some days just to look, and I always end up buying something!!!

Went in on opening day. I must have been asked if I needed help 5 separate times. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The store is nicer than the Norristown location. I’m thrilled to have Harbor Freight in Pottstown!

Very disappointed with this store, hours on the door indicate that this store closes at 8pm showed up at 7:20pm only for them to be closed tried calling to leave a message but the phone hangs up on you. Had to give it one star in order to post
