I did a new Geothermal system with New Age after getting 4 quote from others in the area. They had one of the best offerings for my situation that involved a propane heater for backup heat. Like most of the other guys they diagnosed all the same issues with the house but found a few more that others had not. they also did a better job with load calculations and I think did a better job sizing the heat and cooling.The quoting and planning experience was good. They make good use of tools to give you all the information you need to look up and do your own research on parts and products being used.The installation could not have gone better with some of the known issues on my house we expected a full week to install due to duct work changes and other elements but managed to get everything done in about 2 and a half days with 1 extra half day when doing the final sync up with the well drillers. They threw a full time at the job with at times a swarm of 5 box vans showing up to bring equipment and man power to get the job done with minimal disruption and impact.I am extremely happy with the result. The attention to detail and the amount of knowledge about what can go wrong with a geothermal install if proper care is not taken to deal either the details around the install.My house was left cleaner then when they got here and communication before during and after was grate. Cant speak highly enough about there service
Got a estimate from this company, scheduled an installation for a specific date, technician dropped off paper work already completed with the date we agreed in order for me to submit and pay the paperwork for permit in my town. After me receiving permit and taking a day off from work for installation. This company New age air decided to change our installation for a different day without a notice or agreement. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I address the issue their response was that they make mistakes and they were unable to accomodate me for the day we agreed permit did not matter they were unwilling to compensate me for money spent on permit nor did they care about my loss day of work. Will never recommend work for this company since they lack customers Service or consideration for their clients.
THEY CRUSHED IT!PROS:EVALUATION:I am an amateur HVAC technician and an electrical engineer. They performed a thorough initial evaluation of my old system. They listened to my wife’s complaints about the old HVAC system. Outstanding communication throughout the month-long contractor selection process. I evaluated four contractors. Jason was very knowledgeable about the BTU output of heat pumps at 17 degrees F. We compared the Lennox 3 ton variable speed system to the Carrier version. The Carrier outputs 25% more BTUs at 17F. The Carrier 25VNA4, their top-of-the-line variable speed heat pump, was about 25% more efficient at 17F than the best Mitsubishi unit. They were flexible because they listened to my ever-changing requirements, then quickly sent me cost proposals so I could compare price apples to apples. I got an estimate from a Costco-Lennox affiliate contractor. They were cheaper than New Age Air, so I sent New Age Air a final offer. They almost matched the price, but correctly said the Lennox unit output about 25% less BTUs at 17F. I checked the specs and they were correct. I was afraid the 3 ton Lennox unit wouldn’t be able to heat my home in 17 degree temperatures. They were flexible with the contract and allowed me to make small changes prior to signing.The other three contractors took 80% less time in evaluating our HVAC system and didn’t seem to care as much about our needs.INSTALLATION:They sent a team of six men and five trucks. Installed the system and hybrid hot water heater in 12 hours. This was a difficult install because they had to remove my old geothermal DX system, which had a lot of R22 refrigerant to safely remove. The team helped me declutter my basement, a major feat. We lived here for 31 years so we appear to be borderline hoarders. No one smoked, chewed or smelled of smoke. Polite behavior to me and my family. They thanked me for helping remove our massive clutter.PERFORMANCE:The Carrier 25VNA4 SEER 24 system is 10X quieter than the old two-speed system. I can hardly hear it running. The temperature never fluctuates from 68 degrees. They installed the AprilAir MERV 13 air cleaner, which can help with Covid.CONSAggressive marketing. Emails every two days. To their credit, they were the best communicators.I wanted the most efficient system. However, they pushed the Mitsubishi central heat pump but the specs said the Carrier was 25% more efficient at 17F. Mask compliance was about 80%.Boisterous behavior: Cussing, loud voices and loud music. However, you could feel the positive team spirit. I was young once. From upstairs, I could hear one guy being vociferously chastised for farting. I gave the man a can of Lysol. LOL

Moved into a new home and wanted my HVAC system checked out. I contacted New Age Air based on neighbor recommendation. I called and got an appointment later that day. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and explained the noises we were hearing and what our options were to get the most out of our current system. Looking forward to continue using New Age Air going forward.
Im not a fan of leaving poor reviews. Ill start by saying that Matt basically accomplished what I was looking for but with this and any kind of service business its incredibly poor form to schedule a 4! hour window of time that he might arrive, staring Early in the day (8-12) that requires individuals like myself to wake early so I can be ready if they show up, not hear from them at all until AFTER the scheduled time frame, be told hed be to my house in about 40 minutes when he was 20 minutes away and already late and then to NOT ARRIVE until 1.5 hours after the call. And to arrive and NOT EVEN apologize for his lateness. Its inexcusable. So would I hire them again. No. Would I recommend them to anyone. No. Did he help fix my issue. Yes, but only by wiggling wires that made it start up and with my prompting answered questions about what it might be. He did check the fuse and did recommend other items that needed attention. Im grateful for that and why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I can’t say enough good things about this company.We had a faulty furnace due to a previous bad install and needed help. They called back timely, communicated well, and came out quickly. The service manager identified a potentially deadly issue with our water heater and furnace. It was leaking carbon monoxide.The next day, they came out, discussed install options of a new unit, and then the very next day showed up bright and early to do the install- all occurring the week of a major holiday. Because of them we were still able to have Thanksgiving at our house and most importantly, know that we are safe in our home again. Thank you so much!
I asked for an estimate for ductless min-splits. Sam came out for the estimate. The text I received introducing him listed the excellence awards he has received for the focused and unparalleled customer experience he provides. He was very nice and personable. Didnt take any notes, but did take pictures inside and out of my home. Said if he couldnt get me the estimate that night (Friday) he would go into the office Saturday morning to get it to me. That was April 2nd (Easter weekend), so I didnt mind so much when I did not get the estimate that weekend. Tuesday, April 6th, I reached out to the office. Via email, Sam said that he was very busy with all of the installs due to the time of year and hed try to get me the estimate in the next 24 - 48 hours. Friday, April 9th I emailed him back that I was hoping to get the estimate by the end of the day. Today is April 13th, and I have yet to hear back from him, or anyone. I am truly disappointed. After his visit, and guesstimated cost of the install, I was inclined to use New Age, even if the estimate wasnt the lowest I received. It is discouraging to be blown off and treated like your business isnt worth the time. I realize this is the Sales end of the package, and not the service, but I can guarantee that I would not use New Age for either at this point. I have NEVER posted any type of review prior to this, but the fact that I was not worth the time to send an estimate, or that it was not a big enough install to make it worth the time was just more than I could let go of.

I live in Cape Cod style home built in the 1940s. The original heating system was cast iron radiators with a oil boiler. I wanted A/C and preferred to get rid of the oil fuel, so I was looking at a whole new system, including ductwork, as a retrofit. I knew it was going to be a big job and I got quotes from many companies (12+). I spent time with each estimator, so I had a pretty good idea of all the options, prices, and other variations the system could have. I ultimately chose New Age Air due to 2 things that set the company apart from the rest. One, the knowledge of HVAC systems demonstrated at the initial appraisal. Im an engineer by trade with a home improvement hobby, so I know enough about these systems to be dangerous, but by no means an expert. Only a couple companies had the huge wealth of knowledge that impressed me. This help set them apart. The second, and most important, was the faith that Jason had in his crews. We spent some time talking about the HVAC schools he hires from and the different types of specialists he had, including a retrofit team. This sealed the deal for me. Jason demonstrated that the knowledge of HVAC was not just him, but the depth of the company. Regarding the work, the crew was prompt, courteous, cleanly, and professional. The work looks top notch and has the professional appearance I wanted. I highly recommend New Age Air to anyone for their HVAC needs, and especially for the challenging jobs.

I appreciated him being up front with any and every cost, and giving me a couple different options to make it cost efficient for me (service contracts).Tim was in and out very quickly getting down to the problem in a matter of minutes and replacing our motor. Discovered that our heat pump was not sending power to the thermostat. I gave New Age a call and Eliza was able to send Austin to visit immediately (in the evening, too). He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in just a few minutes and showed me how to identify and fix it if it happens again in the future. Very happy with how quick and helpful they were.

They have very solid service, it is a value, and they have very dependable workmen. This is the reason Ive continued to deal with New Age. They dont often return calls after installation but their workmanship is top of the line. This fella, Tim, has been extraordinary as have everyone who has come out to the house. They not only fix the obvious issues (if any), but are proactive in stopping others. Ive dealt with other contractors and while it may be frustrating to try getting in touch or getting a call back beyond Britney, their admin, it is worth the effort. Id recommend them for installation of HVAC because they are honest, give a good value, and explain exactly why they price the way they do.
I had the best experience with New Age Air. My oil boiler stopped working between Christmas and New Years. I called my HVAC company who I had a contract with and when they came out they barely looked at the system and told me that it was not repairable and that I needed a new one. That company sent out their sales person and quoted me a price that I couldnt believe. I then did a search and when I called New Age Brittany was able to get an quick appointment for Jason to come out and give me a quote. Within minutes Jason told me there was nothing wrong with my system and most likely just needed a really good cleaning. Tim was sent out and within 30 minutes he had the system back up and running. Tim then proceeded to do a full deep clean of the system and after a bit of testing he noticed that the motor was close to failing and it needed to be replaced, which I told him to do. Tim was very patient with me and explained the steps he was taking and that even though I had the system cleaned in August he showed me that was not the case at all. With all of that I have heat and hot water once again and right in time for Mother Nature to bring snow into the area. I am so grateful that I found New Age Air and were honest with me and they will be my go to HVAC company from now on!

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and awesome customer service. From my first interaction with Brittany to meeting Jason, to get an estimate, everything was awesome. I ended up needing a repair done to my heater and Tim came to look at it. Before Tim came, I received a text message with a photo of Tim and a brief background on Tim including his family! I was truly won over by that because it allowed me to learn a little bit more about the person coming to work on my heater and it also provided great conversation pieces as well. I left a different company for New Age Air and I am not disappointed with my decision.
I had them install a new HVAC a couple years ago. It works great the customer service is great. That being said, i really overpaid for this unit as i had neighbors pay half what I did. I will continue to use them. But when i need a new unit in 20 years I wont overpay again.
Sorry way over priced. Tech came out diagnosed blower motor fail. So on the spot they quote me 1100. 800 for a 100 dollar motor and 300 dollars for a 50 dollar fan. I ended up doing the work including the 125 it cost for them to come out for under 300. For a job that only took a hour. Dishonest on the fan end of this job it didnt need to be replaced it just needed to be power washed. Country needs a good recession. People need to start looking at the material cost to determine if companies like this deserve to make hundreds of dollars a hour. Absolute Crooks.

Called a number of techs out to check out our AC unit, I received a call back from New Age within hours (on a Sunday) and was able to schedule an appointment. Matt was super prompt, attentive and thorough in explaining what was going on with my unit and gave me a straight, No-BS diagnosis and my unit was running when he left. I work with contractors on a regular basis, and authentic customer service can be hard to come by. Not only was Matt professional, but I got a text ahead of time letting me know who was coming to my house, what their background was and provided a photo.
Brittany was very helpful in setting up a convenient time for my annual service. Tim is very good at his job servicing both my AC unit and oil burner. Both were friendly and I highly recommend New Age Air.

New Age Air and their technicians are very honest and professional, which is so hard to find nowadays. I love that you get a text message when they are on their way to your house with a picture of the technician so you will know who to expect. You will also get an email of the summary of the service they performed after they leave. My wife likes that their technicians wears protective disposable cover on their boots to protect your floor or carpet, and also for sanitary purposes. They will honestly address what repairs are needed and are not very pushy. This year, I got Tim to do my annual furnace maintenance and he was very friendly and showed up early on the scheduled time. This is my 2nd year with New Age Air and I just feel I found my permanent company for my HVAC need. I highly recommend them!

Interviewed several HVAC companies in Spring 2019 and selected New Age because of their product and air quality knowledge shared by Jason. Selected a Carrier 2-stage gas furnace and AC system with fan assisted April-Aire humidifier. System works great thru summer and now in winter. Whisper quiet as compared to the old builder grade units. Just had my first winter service appointment and customer service rep and technician provided excellent service. Weve always had cold and hot spots in two second floor bedrooms and the plan was to have Jason come back in 6 months to provide air balancing. Jason just completed the balancing which improved air velocity by 30%!New Age Air provides premium sales and service and weve received and will continue to receive very high value for our investment!

Weve been very pleased with New Ages service. They were able to respond quickly when we had an issue with our AC earlier this summer. The techs went over the issue with me so I understood the repairs necessary and our AC has worked fine for the rest of the season.We also signed up to have our heating system evaluated when the time came. The techs who came out did an extensive check of our system and we agreed on some minor preventive work that needed to be performed to avoid any potential issues this coming winter.Id certainly recommend giving New Age Air a call if you need any HVAC service and we will use them again in the future.
Woke up to no heat and a freezing cold house. I called New Age for service at 7:30 am and a heating technician arrived at 9:30 am. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful. They even directed me to an online coupon that saved me $125. I dont have a service contract with them and while it was discussed I was not pressured to purchase one. I highly recommend them.

Despite all the good reviews about this company, I don’t know what to think. I recently had a tech come and check over and clean my system which has been running fine for years. He recommended a couple things that were getting old and should be replaced. My system is almost 20 years old so I know everything will need to be replaced eventually. He tried to have me purchase a service agreement which I declined because everything has been working fine for years. ONE week later after he checked over my system my central air stopped working!I called for someone to come and see what was wrong and I was informed it would be a $125 service call. A technician named Tim came and found it was a capacitor in less than 5 minutes. This was one of the things that was recommended to be replaced just one week ago. I find it a little ironic that my capacitor happens to fail one week after my system was checked over after it has been running fine for years! Maybe just a coincidence…I asked Tim if anything could be done about the service fee and his exact words to me were “Some people roll the dice, some get lucky and some don’t” he said since the first guy recommended it be replaced and I didn’t there was nothing he could do about it. So I had him fix it and paid the $364.00 for about 30 minutes of work. And that was after I paid $89 one week prior for my unit to be cleaned and checked out – which it was working fine up till that point.I then called the office to let them know about my dissatisfaction with the service. I spoke to the manager who was very understanding and explained how capacitors work and took the time to really listen to my complaint. He is the ONLY reason I would consider using New Age again. He offered me a service agreement for no extra cost since I just paid a $125 service call fee only one week after I paid $89 for my unit to be checked/cleaned. This manager should get a KUDOS because he alone is the only reason I would consider using New Age again. The 2 stars rating are because of his stellar customer service!Its hard to know who you can trust and who you cant nowadays. I really wanted to give New Age a shot but I just find it really suspicious that my capacitor just happed to fail one week after it was recommended to be replaced and I declined the service agreement. My central air was working great for years up till a tech from New Age came and looked over everything. It then failed one week later which cost me a $125 service call fee? When my air conditioner quit working during a heatwave last year, with a very sick wife, I called my usual repair company who never even called me back. It was after hours, and I called New Age. New Age repaired my Air Conditioner that night and I have been a customer ever since. They are polite, clean, professional, and perform quality diagnostics and preventative maintenance. Weve used New Age Air for many years now. Larry originally serviced our old HVAC system years ago, and then more recently Matt and Jason helped us replace the entire system. The process was easy and they took the time to explain all the products without pushy sales. It was financed easily and weve never had a problem since! Weve maintained a yearly service agreement with them and each Spring and Fall there has been a technician here to check that our system is running smoothly. Tim was here today and he did an excellent job... he called to say hed be here earlier than expected and then he did his job quickly and cleanly! He was friendly, as well. Theyve always been reliable, efficient, and trustworthy and I highly recommend their services!
Came out as my HVAC was not thawing, so it was icing up. Charged me 175 for the diagnosis, fair enough, then told me it would be another 900 dollars, to repair. I found out the board they were going to charge me for was still under warranty another HVAC repair service came out did the estimated $990 repair for $180, (SINCE the PARTS were under MFg warranty, the guy that came out looked it up from the HVAC number), which New Age Should have done, but did not. Using the other service saved me $810 dollars over using New Age Air. Never again will I call them. Not a good way to do business.
Tim and Brittany from New Age Age are excellent to work with. They both keep the client informed about the work and cost. Tim takes time to explain what he is doing during the HVAC service. New Age air installed my HVAC approximately 6 to 7 years ago. If I were to ever have to replace it again, New Age would be my go to supplier/installed.
Annual AC maintenance service call was scheduled and completed on time and efficiently. New Age Air has instituted a Covid - 19 service protocol which kept me, my family, and the technician safe.
New Age Air has been a great service provider to us since 2006 when they installed our new ac unit and most recently switched us from oil to propane. Quality work and super nice guys. Highly recommend.
Our Carrier Infinity displayed SYSTEM MALFUNCTION so I called New Age Air, the original installer. They came out the next day and analyzed the problem within a few minutes, the 11 year old heat pump had died and the furnace had a partially clogged heat exchanger. Matt was very knowledgeable about the Carrier system and proposed several best options. Because my PECO bills were very low using the Carrier Infinity system (~$150 per month for a 3000 sq. ft home with two refrigerators, a freezer and a beer cooler), I decided to go ahead and replace both units on his recommendation with newer, improved, more energy saving units. There was no pressure and they were very considerate of our situation as a retiree age 65.
Just had a new Carrier air conditioner installed. I also got a new oil tank and line installed. Friendly crew, exceptional job and they left the place cleaner then they found it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

On time, clean and friendly. Up sold me but his experience showed I should purchase the product to extend the life of my HVAC. I would like a copy of my bill and the pamphlet on the treatment performed. I have been using this company for over 12 years and have always trusted this family owned business.

I bought our home 7-years ago, Ive done the normal maintenance each season such as changing the filter and cleaning the coils, but Ive never had the HVAC system professionally checked out, so I thought it was time to have it done, but at the same time I was hesitant for fear of incurring a huge bill. I recently received a flier in the mail from New Age Air and there was a coupon for an $89.00 system check up, so reluctantly I called, but after the check was over, I was pleasantly surprised...Tim, the field service guy, showed up on time, conducted a comprehensive check for proper system performance and explained what he was doing each step of the way and he thoroughly answered each of my questions.Fortunately, my system is operating within specifications and I didnt need any repairs; but, based on Tims knowledge, honesty, and professional conduct, if my system ever needs any real service, this is the group Ill use to do it.Lastly, after tagging along and observing the thoroughness of the checks and Tims attention to detail, I felt guilty for paying only $89.00 for the service....

In all honesty, the best company I ever dealt with. From the sales experience with explaining everything in detail and suggesting the correct size units to the guys doing the install. Everything was perfect.The installation crew was extremely professional, the unit looks great, all of the pipes, subpanel, etc is extremely professional looking, they cleaned up everything and left a great impression.I would recommend this company and crew to anyone looking for an HVAC system or looking for maintenance on existing system.Nice work!!

I had a problem with outside HVAC unit which was running continuously without stopping. This was a brand new unit and was looking for an expert to identify and fix the issue. When I called New Age Air, I have clearly mentioned at least 5 times to the customer service rep that I would need an expert to diagnose and fix the issue. I was told it will cost me $125 to come and diagnose the issue and the charge shall be discussed to fix after diagnosing the issue and they took the payment of $125. The tech who arrived seemed to be a gentleman and a professional. I had shared with him that the problem could be in the thermostat from my past experience. He spent 45 min and could not make the thermostat work correctly and called his boss for advise. His boss very rudely says to me if the tech has to continue I must pay $187.50 an hour otherwise threatened to take away the tech from the job site. I have asked him if they would be able to fix with in an hour. He said very confidently Yes and I have agreed to his terms. The tech spent additional 3 hours diagnosing the issue and finally said the problem is in the thermostat, which I had mentioned when he arrived. My expectation with the techs that are charging $187.50 an hour is to advise the customers in the right way, which should have been as simple as change the thermostat, which would have been a 15 min job at an expense of $125 as a service call, rather he was going through user manuals, talking to his bosses, learning and training at customers time and expense for an additional 3 hours and got paid $425 (labor) for changing a thermostat that too which I bought. We would not need techs being paid an hourly rate of $187.50 going through user manuals, youtube videos and calling bosses for advice on customers time when clock is ticking. My bottom line: their expertise and service is not at par with their hourly and service fees. Train the techs adequately if you want to continue charging those high hourly rates. The funny part of this is, I am sure you will not find a fool like me who had paid $425 (just labor) to change a thermostat:)
