I talked to Bill and explained to him what I was trying to do. He listened patiently, shared his expertise then walked me through what I needed to get my project done. He gained a loyal customer out of me and I will also recommend others as well!

Prices are absolutely crazy here. I spent $84 on 40cf of ar/co2 mix. I figured covid strikes again but called around later and could have gotten it from $24-32 anywhere else. I dont know if I was a victim of the cash sale...ie- no account or what but I wont be going back even for work since I was so over charged.

I had Bill help me today with a 125CF Oxygen bottle exchange. I called in with a lot of questions. He was able to answer all of them. He was professional and personable over the phone. I wish customer service was like this at every business I deal with. These guys just gained a lifelong customer today. Thanks again Bill.
