Quick & easy to rent an awesome spot. Ian was so friendly & helpful; I called after hours & he was able to get me all set up in just a few minutes! Location & accessibility is absolutely perfect for our RV. Great service all around!

This was the best,easiest and most pleasant transaction Ive ever had. I couldnt have been more accommodated and the process only took 15 minutes! Brian was a five star!! He made sure the facility was empty and immaculate, and that when I went with my 2 small children to look at the unit I was in and out. The are tons of facilities but I would drive and hour to use this one! Will definetly use again if ever needed!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always understanding and willing to help property is well maintained

The Pottstown facility is good, but I didn’t appreciate the Pottstown manager, Brian. Three weeks before moving out of a unit I had been renting there for 15 years, I asked Brian to have someone check the combination to the lock on my unit, so I wouldn’t have any surprises after driving all the way from California, and being on a tight schedule. After repeated calls to him and then the main office, he put this off until 2 hours before I actually arrived at the unit – very stressful.

Impossible to work with, manager got word I was helping my sons father with getting a unit and suddenly his voice became condenscending and he had a problem with working with us...(Funny... WE have no problems working together, as exes!)Also the unit available had wood floors and was a shack as he discribed. Stay away

I needed to move right away. I called and the guy came from a 45min distance and met with me right away.It was a great experience.

Hard to find. No staff there. Run down.

Horrible conditions of storage units, no surveillance like i was told and one side of the fence has barbed wire but not the other sides.
