Nice sized store with a small selection. There was no line waiting to get in the store, but the kids section was quite small. I was looking for sneakers for kids & was only able to get sneakers for one. So disappointed! I had to go to Famous Footwear the store to get the others shoes. Not impressed & really only went because there was a line at the Nike Outlet. Im disappointed every time I go. They ALWAYS let me down.

Visited the store yesterday on a busy Saturday only to not be greeting by anyone other than the store manager Jess on her cell phone. She was on her phone almost the entire time I was in the store there was at least 15 other customers in the store as well. I just left since this company does not value customer service. All other employees were hustling doing their job sad to see they had such a poor example as a manager.

Was there today to buy a pair of sneakers as well as a pair of hiking boots. Found attendance to be very helpful.

Good assortment. Social media manager should update store hours - got there at 10, but piece of paper in store window said opens at 11... would be useful, given the distance one travels.

Fair prices with frequent sales. One sales associate in particular was very friendly yet completely professional. Her name is Joy. She greeted me as I entered the store, directed me to the in which I went there to shop, and left me alone to browse while she stayed available for assistance as needed. The store itself is well organized and well signed. The have a little bit of a lot of different things rather than a lot of a few things. Finding your size in the exact model you are looking for could be a challenge, but they likely have something similar.

Great staff & good sales, but they dont really carry the latest items. Easy on the wallet though & they even offered to search their website for hard to find sizes.

Sales clerks where nice told us to down load app to get coupon for $10.00 for $50.00 purchase. So we did it and used it. Bought 2 pairs of shoes New Balance and Oasics .

They were short staffed Today (Saturday, with back to school shoppers) and still did an excellent job keeping everything moving and helping guests with their needs. I dont write many reviews but being in the customer service industry myself I was extremely impressed. Great staff!

Very nice store the sales associate which was the assistant manager was very helpful and nice and not mention she was very cute too!!

I found a great pair of New Balance shoes at a super low price (it was on an additional sale) . The sales associate couldnt have been nicer. She helped us when needed and also gave us time alone to decide which one I wanted to purchase.
