Yesterday store was curbside pickup only. I called to get 3 items. All 3 items were pravana vivid direct dyes. I paid over the phone and picked my items up. An hour later I go to use the pravana violet only to discover it wasnt what I wanted.. it was the violet TONER not direct dye... my client was very unhappy to not get what she asked for because I had to adjust due to not having the violet direct dye. Today, I go into the store to pick up the correct direct dyes I need for this upcoming weeks appointments, I had to spend DOUBLE the money because the shelves were barren! I had to buy 4 separate vibrant color lines and have to mix colors to get what I normally would be able to just purchase. (Ex. I had to buy red and yellow to make orange because every direct dye line had NO ORANGE) This is unacceptable especially for the areas ONLY beauty supply store! This is what has happened in the past two days but these issues have been relevant for at least the past 4-5 weeks.

This place is very pricey even though youre a cosmetologist, and get a discount! The girls that work there are very very friendly and offer great service! The name CosmoProf is horrible. Cosmo Pro would have been much better!

Cant say I love this place. Unfortunately its the only professional beauty store we have unless you want to drive an hour or more. They never keep commonly used colors in stock. Theres only ever 2-4 boxes of each color. And anytime I ask, they dont have anything in the back. Same goes for popular toners. Youd think if they were flying off the shelves that fast, that youd order a higher quantity and keep the shelves fully stocked. If you dont mind driving and arent in a pinch, I reccomend driving to Salon Centric.
