Every time I got a piercing here it got infected

They refused me service at 417pm, I understand they close at 5, but they should still offer service up till closing time at 5 atleast till 445pm. They claim the reason is the paper work takes too long to fill out. I was there with my youngest daughter last sunday, and they pierced her ear at 437pm. And it took me less than 3 minutes to fill out the so called paper work. I am very dissatisfied. I have been giving you my service for the last 25+years and now I will, for now on, take my business elsewhere. Thank you!!!

Waited 45 min while others were getting there piercings done and the worker knew I was waiting and decided to tell me after she took care of the other customers that she doesn’t have time for me.
