Always a positive experience. Drive up is awesome. I just wish they had the same coupon option as if you actually went into store. Usually if your doing drive up you don’t always get the same discount. Coupons are restricted to in store shopping. I’m referring to the ones you would load in the App. Items I usually buy are mostly in stock and all associates have been friendly.

Staff is very friendly and the store is very clean. This target is very large and you can always find something cool. They have a fairly small grocery section but they have a wide variety of decorations, kitchen items, and a great variety of college dorm room accessories. This is definitely a great place to go if you are moving into a college dorm. The parking lot is huge and they have online ordering so it’s easy to just get your order and go. Great place to shop.

I do my weekly shopping at the target in Poughkeepsie. Never had an issue until today. I learned about cat and jack’s return policy and how I have a year to return. It was three pairs of pants that my daughter outgrew. Last time I had no issue returning, this year I had a terrible experience. I was told there is a 90 day limit to return but the receipt clearly says return by Dec 2nd 2021. The young girl working at customer service along with the manager completely disregarded that. I called corporate and was told that the ladies at customer service were not correct and corporate refunded me. In the end all I was asking for was store credit. I will donate from here on out, lesson learned. I just didn’t like the way they made me feel as if I was trying to scam them out of $20. I love target but that left a terrible taste in my mouth. I hope the cat and jack brand knows that target is not upholding their end of the policy.

Fair prices and friendly staff

This Target is well located at the south end of the Poughkeepsie Galleria. There is plenty of parking. The store is spacious and well laid out. It is well maintained and clean. There is a grocery section in this Target that often is a good substitute for the grocery store if we happen to be here for something else.

Clothes, electronics, shoes, petcare, groceries, toys, electronics, exercise equipment, stationery... everything under the sun! The employees are nice, generally younger folk, all wearing red shirts, though of differing brands (not uniforms). The bathroom is clean. Diligent recycling, with four separate bins. Dedicated counter for customer service, including product returns. There is an ATM next to a computer terminal to complete an application for employment at Target. Overall, the prices are very fair, and the store well-organized.

It is hard to think of anything NOT sold here! This branch of Target seems to have everything, from toys to clothes, electronics to cosmetics and athletic equipment, and all fairly priced (extra discounts if you have Targets rewards card). There are several price-scanner for customer use, an automatic teller machine, and a kiosk for applying for a job at Target. The employees are nice and wear red shirts which are not entirely uniform. The bathroom is clean, there is free wi-fi, and parking outside in the plazas lot is plentiful, with racks for Targets carts close at hand. Within this location are a branch of Starbucks, and one of CVS Pharmacy.

I love target so much that I now work there . They have the best clothes, household items and toys as well

I was waiting in line to use the self checkout in the store. There were two employees socializing with each other and ignoring the queue. Neither of them were calling the next person forward to the next available register, which is normally what I experience in this particular store. A third employee, clearly a security associate, was talking loudly into a radio about the African American couple in front of me accusing them of shoplifting. They were most certainly NOT shoplifting. They were taking their time and ensuring that they scanned all of their merchandise. A FOURTH employee came out of nowhere and starting lingering and watching the couple to make sure they scanned all their items. While this was going on, a third front end associate came up to the queue and was talking to one of the customers in line about their Saturday Night and then said to her “Oh you don’t have to wait for the self check! Come here to three” and lifted the ropes on the stanchions and cut said customer in front of a fairly long line. The three front end associates continued to laugh and giggle while the two security associates lingered until the couple scanning all the toys paid and exited the store. A horrible experience.

I am partially disabled. I have difficulty walking. I tried for two days to call and have it brought out to my car. NO ONE ever picked up the phone. When I went inside I observed several women working very hard. I also heard the pho9ne ringing constantly. NO ONE even bothered to walk over to the phone. It was just totally ignored!

The service I received during my recent trip to Target in Poughkeepise, N.Y. was beyond exceptional. The young woman who checked me out was friendly, complimentary, and provided amazing service. I had questions about the Target mobile app and she took time out to explain a few functions that I was having trouble with. What shocked me was she didnt just push me and my sale out of the store like just another Target customer, but she took the time to assist me with a patient and super friendly demeanor. A fantastic, positive experience at Target. This young woman should be applauded by the team.

Satara and Charlie went out of their way to track down the animated Yoda doll I was searching for last month during the holiday season. Satara saw me searching through the isles and took the time to look up when the next shipment will be arriving and advised me what time to come into the store. When I went back, Charlie searched through the inventory boxes and all the ones on the shelf until he found it for me. Any other store would have most likely said, “It’s not on the shelves yet, come back later to check.” A+ service! Thank you again Satara and Charlie!

New upgrades at target. Beautiful new layout in health and beauty especially including mens shaving/hygiene products. Baby section too is easier to shop. Whole store went through a makeover. Looks great especially health and beauty. Reminds me of Ulta.

Normally not too bad to check out. Recently this Target is like a giant dump. No one helps on the floor. Items are never where they should be and if you question a price you get the third degree about reading the tags. If the items were stocked right to begin with and store employees actually acknowledged customer needs on the floor then the signs would actually be accurate. Customers arent exactly a courteous type either. Line cutting and just rudeness. Ill avoid this mess for a better experience and travel to a different location.

Pretty nice, had legos that i really wanted. There was a general grevious ship that looks pretty nice but it was twice my price range. Needless to say I didnt buy any legos. But if I had bought the legos I would upgrade from 4.5 to 5 stars

I love target. Even though I had a miscommunication with an employee at guest services for my online order (which I choose not to name), the store manager (Nick - hope I spelled it correctly) turned it all around. Nick was genuinely pleasant and accommodating. Nick found alternative solutions for the problem and defused the animosity caused by the guest service employee. Excellent customer service by Nick, the store manager, should be commended during such a stressful shopping season.

Good prices and I found what I was looking for.

I was treated very disrespectfully. Cashier Louise was rude when having an issue with a price he said you should be reading the sign to see that its not the exact item even though it was fully stocked with the item that we picked he then walked off the register in middle of transaction said I have to go I dont have time for this. Manager Michelle didnt care and did nothing about it.

Disappointed that they are never stocked on anything. As someone who shops for people it’s very frustrating to have to tell someone half there items aren’t in the store. I don’t understand why they don’t stock at night. Help us out and stock your store up. Enough is enough fire some people if you have to but it is inexcusable to be that under stocked all the time .

I used to love this store until they put this older lady Darcy at customer service she literally unsealed my earrings that I ordered online came in a sealed zippy bag and asked me twice if I wore it ... second time she said are you sure not even once ?? I was shocked !! Took a good three minutes looking at them I don’t know what she was thinking she took too long at customer service to do such a simple task

Do not shop at this target, staff is unprofessional, inmature, rude and not one bit helpful. Coupons are not accepted if giftcard is given with purchase and definitely no pricematching. I live in Lagrange and I would rather drive to target in Newburgh.

Awesome items there love checking out there seasonal items for Halloween and Christmas Day always. Never disappointed when I need everyday items like paper towels or laundry detergent or items like that.

Ease of use

Its a nice service but in reality I could have walked into the store and picked the item off the shelf and checked out myself several times for the amount of time I had to wait on line in order to pick up the item at the service desk. At 4:30pm there was only one person working at the service counter and a long line of people waiting. In this case the service wasnt worth the wait.

Ive shopped many times at this store in Poughkeepsie, NY but it has become even more essential for me to look for items that I can no longer find on the weekends at Walmart. Im able to usually find what I need for just a few cents more than at Walmart, and the stores are so much more attractive and clean now. I was extremely impressed last week, when I went, to find your staff CLEANING shopping carts for customers.

The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly.

I ordered four items for pickup. Three of which were blatantly incorrect. One of the three was not available for online shipping and your in-store system was inconsistent as to whether it was available. After conversations in-store, over the phone, and via chat (and those Team Members were extremely courteous and professional and did their best to assist) the final solution was for me to pick up the item at another store almost an hour out of my way because for some reason items cannot be shipped from the store or transferred from store to store. If the item in question were not a Target exclusive I absolutely would have gone elsewhere and will avoid Target unless I can get the items directly shipped to my home in the future.

Speed in which my order was ready. Easy quick pick up in store. Customer Service Rep at PU counter was very good as well.

Decently organized considering how packed the store was (Friday evening just before xmas). The cashier was friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the long line before checking out, though the wait was fairly brief.

This place, while not the nicest Target I have ever been to, is combating higher traffic than many stores are used to. As they are attached to the mall, they have more people in and out, and many people do not help keep things neat or clean in their wake. The employees are always helpful and friendly. They do the best they can in the situations they find themselves and they keep the store as clean and organized as possible. I enjoy shopping there when I am in the area.

All of the staff are nice as each will be willing to offer help or assistance but since hardly stop in there, I would like it if they offer the help instead of having the customers seek for it. I honestly dont know what the staff on the floor does pertaining to my suggestion but if thats not done then possibly implement by doing so. Oh, each of the workers there seem to be kind(is kind of like nice and offering) and very involved with the company work for.

I had a great time completing Baby registry. I found everything in one place, only thing I would change is add more items that are scanner friendly. Lots of the carters merchandise could not be scan.
