They were able to replace our windshield in 2 hours and recalibrate the sensors attached to the windshield. Everything seems to be working fine. The price was comparable to estimates I received elsewhere.

The All Star team went above and beyond! I set an appointment to fix a potential leak in my windshield. The All Star team spent time investigating the leak first, recommended to talk to a body shop instead--and then scheduled the body shop appointment for me! They wouldnt let me pay for all the time they spent. Just a great experience all around, and really good people!

All-Star Glass on Poway Road is excellent and very reliable. I have used them several times over the years to either replace or repair a windchill due to nicks. they will come to your house which is a huge blessing and get the job done in a very timely manner. The repairman are always so pleasant And professional. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

What a great experience! I called for a windshield replacement and they gave me the online discount, which I wasn’t even aware of. Tito came out and installed the windshield at my office in less than an hour, and my car was immaculate afterwards. Tito was wonderfully courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!

An object on the freeway broke my driver side front window. I called All Star Glass yesterday morning. They said they could fit me in this afternoon. The repairman arrived right on schedule. He was very courteous. His name was Al (forgot his last name). I watched him work. He was obviously very experienced with doing this type of repair. He explained how important it was to make sure all the broken glass was removed from inside the door. He was meticulous, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The price was very reasonable. He finished the entire job in about an hour or so. I recommend these folks without reservation.

Ive come back again and again with All Star Glass. After quoting an incorrect price ($200 lower) for a rear window on my Jeep Wrangler, they honored the quote and did a fantastic job. They are fast, reasonable and with excellent customer service. I recommend All Star for all your glass needs.

I was referred by my dealership to this location to replace our windshield. Never received a call to set our appointment as advised by the referring dealership. I called their main office yesterday to set the appointment myself and they set it up in Poway for 8AM this morning. I got my two toddlers out of bed, dressed and loaded up and drove all the way from Ramona for the appointment. I was the first person there and unloaded my kids in their stroller to check in. A woman came out of the office and said they did not have my appointment in their system and could not take me. I explained that I had set up the appointment the day before but she just turned around and went back to her office and left me standing in the driveway with my kids. I had to load two screaming, crying kids back in to their seats and drive all the way back to Ramona.

Great service with best price

I had a crack dead center in my windshield. I called up the first major glass repair shop and they were not meeting my expectations. Then I called up Allstarglass based on the reviews below and I agree with everyones comments. The person on the phone was polite, took my info and setup an appt for the afternoon the next day. The pricing was fair and affordable. The next day, Allstarglass calls me up and says theres an earlier appt and asked if i would like that instead. Of course I took it so I can go to work and not wait all day.When the guy arrived at my house, he was nice and told me upfront what the agreed pricing was and he didnt even try to upsell me. He just said it will take 45-60 minutes and thats it. No fuss no muss. Great, fast, express service. No, I do not work for the company, just a satisfied customer.
