This was my first time at this shop. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. My son took his car there and was happy, so I drove 25 miles to take my Jeep there. Now my Jeep and I are both glad we did.

Brandon and his team at Poway Integrity Auto were responsive, informative, professional, and hilarious. My car was breaking down WHILE I WAS DRIVING so I called the nearest place which happened to be their team. They calmly explained to get to their location ASAP to replace my failing alternator. The work was done in a very timely manner and they even offered me a ride home. I will be coming back here even though it’s nearly 30 min from where I live. Totally worth it for honest and professional work.

Radiator in our Avalon blew.We had it towed in on Monday around closing time. They had it replaced and ready to go the next day by 2:44pm.They said they noticed that the oil sticker said it was changed 8,000 miles ago. They checked the oil and it was a quart low and slightly dirty so they changed that at no charge since they didnt call first. Nice guys, honest and professional...We will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a little Integrity.

It was so refreshing to receive service from a company who actually cares about the work they do and their customers. I had a company tell me I had about $1500 of work that need to be done to my van. I wanted a second opinion so Brandon walked me through each of the areas of concern and showed me the parts that needed attention now and the ones that arent yet a concern. I have had all my vehicles serviced here. I trust Brandon and his team of professionals to do the job right and charge me an honest price for their work. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Poway Locally owned and operated with a team of probably 70 years collective experience. ALL of the techs have worked for major auto brands in the past and that means they know just about everything that can possibly go wrong with YOUR car. Talk with them and you will hear the knowledge and experience yourself.

They were the best auto shop Ive been to in many many years. Called for a quote, they gave me an honest straightforward answer. I booked with them. Brought my car and within 30 min they called me back saying my initial problem was fine so they ran a full diagnostic on my car(for free) sent me a text message with everything that needed to be done in the future with approximation times/mileage and I ended up not needing to pay anything. (Took my car to Big O Tires 2 months prior and they said I needed new breaks and pads immediately which was a complete lie!!!) Anyway Im writing this review not for my car but what they did when I picked my car up. Long story short my girlfriends car had an oil leak on the side of the road (same day same time) and Brandon and his partner gave me a full run down of what it could be and even checked into the Honda website to see if her car had rebates which could allow her to not pay anything. The excellent consumer service and the the all around honest integrity of these guys will have me coming back for life. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car. Thanks guys!!!

Anyway, I’ve been shopping around for a shop that can help me with the maintenance needed for my car, since the previous 2 owners of my car couldn’t tell me when they serviced it or if they ever did. I’ve called about 6 shops before Poway Integrity. Their customer service on the phone already won me over. The price they quoted me sealed the deal for my business with them, along with the expected time it would take for the work. The other shops I called were quoting me almost $1500-$2000 MORE than what I was quoted from David. He and Ronnie were extremely helpful and awesome. I’ll be going to them for all my services here on out. Thanks guys!

The shop is close to home so I gave them a try, brought my sons car for maintenance. As former auto repair shop owner, Im positive the place honors its name, no hassles, no surprises, very knowledgeable and informative, on time delivery, great people and mechanics overall, good prices too. I worked with Ronnie and Brandon on my 2009 Ford Escape. The EV battery had fallen below the level needed to start the engine. The guys were amazing at getting the battery charged back to full strength and the vehicle running again. They kept me up-to-date along the way and I couldnt be happier that they revived this vehicle. Very professional guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Honest opinions and more than fair pricing.

These guys figured out what was wrong with our Jeep Cherokee after we wasted money paying the dealer for the wrong diagnosis and also paying another shop for replacing parts which did not fix the problem. They were so fair - even when they replaced a part that did not fix it, they did not charge us for it! Amazing and rare indeed. In the end they found the uncommon problem and fixed it perfectly! Very diligent and expert mechanics.

So glad I found this place. I needed a wheel alignment after doing some work on my truck. I called Brandon and made an appointment to bring it in. As soon I walked in the door he already knew who I was and welcomed me. He immediately took my truck into the bay and got to work. I had a nice conversation with him while he worked. You can tell he takes pride in his work and makes sure it is done correctly. Great alignment and a great price. I will be back.

Excellent new shop that I found, ironically through a social media campaign they put on offering very good prices on alignments. Fantastic follow up from them, simple scheduling by me, easy to find and it turns out to be a pretty much brand new shop, staffed by experienced mechanics that now own it!The service was fast, competent and excellent.

Brought my car in at 830 in the morning. Recieved a call less than 3 hours later with the diagnosis. Unfortunately I could not afford to have the work done at the shop but I picked up the car and fixed it myself. They were 100% correct about what the issue was. I had been chasing it for a while and couldnt figure it out. After replacing the part they said needed to be replaced my car was running like new again. Their prices are very fair and the technicians are very professional. I would use this business again in the future.

Were having issues leaking coolant per Valvoline tech on Saturday. It is very hard to find a mechanic to diagnose on our truck since it was Saturday and after 1pm. We contacted Ford but they can not diagnosis on that day since they close early and most of certified tech went home..At Poway Integraty, Mr. David and his team are very helpful and honest on the pricing quote. Unexpectedly, it wasnt coolants leaking after all. It was a water pump that need to be replaced.On Monday, the part arrived and all work had completed at the time we needed.

Awesome auto repair shop!! Very clean and organized, and the staff is extremely kind, helpful, with good integrity. I’ve been searching for a new shop for repairs which is difficult because you never know if the staff will add hidden fees and whatnot, but they definitely kept to their word and werent shady at all. Very to the point and took photos for proof of what was going on with my engine. Will definitely be using them from now on. Also, I have a VW, so they were able to work on the car.

I have a 1998 Honda Prelude that unfortunately needs abundance of work whenever the check engine light turns on. Recently, I was having issues with a P0401 and P0108 codes, which are for my EGR valve and MAP Sensor. Brandon and his team took my car in with no problem, everywhere else said they wouldnt be available until the following week since it was a Thursday when I started calling around. They quickly were able to diagnose my car and even did a full body inspection. Turned out my Vtec solenoid gaskets were leaking and I also had a busted axel. These guys were able to get back to me quick with a quote and were straight forward about what was going on and updated me nearly everyday. My car was ready for pick up the following Wednesday (please be aware I was out of town until Tuesday, so I told them to take their time working on it!) I would 11/10 recommend coming here. My poor prelude has had a lot of mechanics work on her, but these guys I trust the most. I will most definitely be coming back when I have any complications.
