Stellar. I don’t understand any of these reviews. We’ve been going here for 10 years and never had an issue. They’ve jumped through hoops for us many times. Dave, the head pharmacist is fantastic.

Useless. I scheduled a pick up at 10 am, did not have time to pick up then but came at 5:30 pm before work, theyd already put it back! Such a frustrating process with ridiculous waits despite plenty of staff in the back. Would love to have a small pharmacy to go to.

Their photography service is very bad. We printed for a passport photo and they ended up giving photos with incorrect dimensions.

The drive through always has long slow line to pickup meds. Spending 15 to 20 minutes minimum just reach the window.

Most pharmacies verify your insurance prior to you picking up your prescription. I had to come back twice with a screaming toddler because theyre too dense to have done that when my prescription was called in 👌

Where do I start? This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been to!!My Medicare plan is linked to Walgreens, so it is my only choice. I just went into the pharmacy to pick up 2 prescription meds. They had texted me that they were ready. However, at the counter I was told only one was ready and I’d have to wait for the other- 15 min.Half an hour later I checked back in.No one would help me. 2 people asked if I’d been helped, and then went on their merry way.Finally they were ready but when I submitted my Medicare card I was told they couldn’t dispense due to an insurance issue.I’m currently on hold with a Medicare rep who is trying to call the pharmacy directly tell them to bill my Medicare. However the rep said he keeps being back on hold after having the call answered.Do not use this pharmacy if you do t have to.I’ve never received good service- never once a smile, or greeting. Not sure who runs this pharmacy but he/she is not doing a good job.

The pharmacy wasnt willing to help me, they told me what I wanted could take place but informed me to to contact a different walgreens to do it for them. What is that??

Lady store clerk and manager trying to limit my purchase of some Arizona green tea. Their reason is because it’s on the 1st day of sale I can only buy a few. Nowhere can I find any LIMIT signs. It’s not masks or toilet paper alright. How about stocking more of what you have on sale so you don’t run out quick the 1st day?

14 months, 28 times come here. Each time to receive medicine is to wait, from 30 minutes, 45 minutes to 1 hour and today is 1.5 hours. But when I came back, I had to wait another hour. cant add, change store

The woman at the drive through pharmacy was so personable! I wish I got her name. she was asking me about my day and it made the wait in line worth it. she even gave my dog in the back seat a treat. highly recommend the pharmacy!

The BEST!!!!!! Very kind workers who go above and beyond of the duty of call. I will NEVER go Anywhere else. Thank you to the Pharmacy and front store employees too!!! God bless!

They have store and pharmacy open to the public only down side is that you have to wear a mask to enter the store otherwise no problem.

The Pharmacist Technician was very kind and helpful; ¡On the other hand, the Pharmacist was pretty cheeky, but the humor was welcome! ¡Conversely~ The inability for the employees to be able to help with the Walgreens Rewards account is problematic corporate!

The cahsier and manager finessed me out of 10 dollars be careful here, i gave the girl a 20 and 75 cents and she took my 10 dollars in change and typed in that i gave her 11 and 75 cents, dont use cash here I REAPEAT DO NOT USE CASH HERE

No problems with this place. Good location, but store is a bit small. Regardless, they stack it with a lot of merchandise and it has everything a drug store needs. Ive bought a few cheap sunglasses here. Good discount prices from time to time. Staff is professional.

A complete pharmacy that offers immunization shots and a large selection of OTC drugs. This location is not very crowded but service can be a bit slow at times. There is also a photo department and the store sells lots of snacks. Prices are great here and there are many discounts available.

Ask for an item and the associate answered me sarcastic telling me Im in US...im like whats that supposed to mean I just asked and I just walked away and she starting talking to her co worker about me and laughing they didnt know Im still there closer to them.so much discrimination and rude associate they have here.....i feel bad going here and felt discriminated.

I am only leaving this review today because I am beyond frustrated with this pharmacy and their service. I had outpatient surgery today and was told by the time I got discharged that my prescriptions should be ready for pickup. My bf and I went out to eat after being discharged and I was in recovery for 2 then ran a quick errand and when we got there my meds were not ready. Omg I was livid and I was starting to feel pain from surgery so I expressed that and instead of making me wait 20 additional minutes they got it ready right then. This is not the first time Walgreens has frustrated me and although I love Dave and Jim they are absolutely amazing I may be looking for an alternate pharmacy because the other staff members dont seem to be performing well and are not as caring as past staff members there. It upsets me because they are the closest pharmacy to my home, but I have enough frustration in my life without pharmacy issues adding to it.😢

I was here just for a flu shot with my wife. Long wait for the shot. They were nice to allow my dog with me inside while waiting.

Nice staff, good selection, and a relatively fast drive thru. On an environmental note, theyve installed a level 2 charger for electric vehicles. Finally, they have the cleanest Walgreens restroom Ive been in.

These guys always go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need and make sure all your questions are answered. I go out of my way to use this store. the store manager Jack is doing a phenomenal job.Update: Still my go to pharmacy. 6.15.16

Ive been coming here since 2010. Somehow, they always have the best sales/deals going on. And the staff is very friendly.

Pharmacy is to open at 9 am. Well, its after 9am and the pharmacy is still not open...

My kids and I got our flu shots here in November. The pharmacy staff worked quickly, were friendly, and helped calm my nervous boys. Im transferring my prescriptions here so I can avoid the crowds at Walmart.

The Pharmacy staff is very responsive and have gone out of their way to help me. I had an issues with my insurance company and some medication and they stayed on top of it until it was filled. They are always eager to help.

I bought this one for about $50. I am under the posted weight limit on the bench. It looked this way after 20 days of use. Called the customer service line and they said to get my money back I needed to find the receipt and return it to the store. She had all the dates from my loyalty card #. Bought this 10/08/2018 and found a ride (as I am disabled) for the 2 miles to the store The day after calling them to tell them about their clearly faulty product... the Walgreen call center never brought up that they have a 30 day money back return policy. I found a ride 31 days after buying the bench. The store manager said everything is computerized - I have no way to override them. Had to buy one another company, so I could actually shower, while they screwed with me, as they have one model. WALMART IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET - GO THERE, GO THERE NOW!!! They tell you someone will call you, with more power in 3 days or less. I call every 4 or 5 days... It is 11/21 and it will be 11/26 at the very soonest that some fool will not call me back again. What if one of the rusty screws in this clearly finely made product fell out in the shower and I stepped on it? Things that make you go umm.

Staff was amazing I am from Chicago & wanted a hoodie & they didnt have size out they went to check for me in the back !! They were very polite

Jean cashier is the most terrible person. she yelled at me right when she saw me walking into the store with my coupons and the sad part that my kids got scare and started crying because they got so scare.She should definitely get fire for yelling at coustomer and treating people so bad I will never go back there again!! Raises that how I felt!

Horrible!! They never have enough people. The wait on the phone can be 30 minutes and the lines at the outdoor window have been at least 30 minutes. The inside lines are even worse. They do not carry all medications and usually I have to wait 1 to 2 days to get a prescription refilled so they can order the medication. If my insurance did not require that I use Walgreens I would never come to this pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy in all of Poway. I only use it when I have no other option and I ALWAYS come out frustrated. Don’t. Just don’t.

Absolutely awful service and if your prescription isnt ready they lie and blame your doctors office. Im switching asap.
