Came in here to see about a mattress and was so happy with all the options. Scott was very helpful, honest and nice. I also loved that they offered headboards. Not many mattress places do. Bonus is that we got a good deal. Happy with our purchases.

They deliver and set up the mattress free of charge and have a 100 day warranty which made me feel confident that I chose the right place. Overall the experience here was A+, I recommend coming here first if you a new mattress or even a pillow.

I do not often post reviews only when I have received exceptional service do I do so and that has definitely been my experience buying a mattress at ortho mattress is in Poway - I have been in to all their competitor stores over the last couple of weeks from Jeromes to you name it... In each of these other mattress stores I was immediately jumped by one or two salesmen the second I walked through the door, Salesman who’s Only objective was to get as much $ as they could out of me so there Commission percentage would be higher, When asked for some time to browse at best I was eagerly shadowed by over enthusiastic salesman hungry for a sale! When I walked into Ortho mattress in Poway I was kindly greeted by Scott an employee & told If I had any questions he’d be happy to answer them & than I was left alone to browse & explore in comfort. Once I’d Finally narrowed my choices down to two or three mattresses I went over and got Scott who quickly & painlessly answered my questions with honest answers & his honest opinions, Man I appreciated that approach! I made my choice & was surprised to find it Would be delivered the, next day at no additional cost and that they would happily take my old mattress as well, Wow what great customer service, Great pricing, Unbeatable warranty!!!! You will not be upset if you give this place a try

I stopped in here looking to start my mattress shopping and I was expecting it to be a long process as I had no clue what I wanted. I was greeted by Scott and I told him that I wasn’t going to buy it today as I was just starting my process, and he said no worries let me see if I can help you get started, he recommended I start on the Aireloom mattress, he said that is what he sleeps on and he loves it, and when I tried it I said oh my gosh this is heaven, I have never felt a mattress more comfortable EVER! I went on and tried several different types and brands and kept coming back to the Aireloom, I knew this was for sure the one as they have a big selection and I tried I lot of them, so I ended up purchasing it, and I LOVE IT! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Scott, he made what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process very simple, he is super nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping at Ortho mattress.

Stopped by Ortho to look at getting a new mattress for my adjustable bed, I had bought one of of those bed in a box mattresses about a year ago and was never very happy with it, I was told it was the same quality as a Tempur-pedic mattress, however after trying a real Tempur-pedic mattress I can tell you that it doesn’t even come close to the quality of a real Tempur-pedic. I ended up purchasing a Tempur-pedic pro and I absolutely love it!!I received great service from Scott he is super knowledgeable about mattresses and did not make me feel pressured at all to buy right now, and I really appreciate that, had a very pleasant buying experience at Ortho Mattress!!!

If you are looking for the very best mattress money can buy stop by this store and check out there Aireloom mattress collection, they are hand made and unbelievably comfortable. I have had quite a few mattresses before this one and none of them even come close to the Comfort of the Aireloom. I worked with Scott and he really knows his stuff, I asked him what he would recommend and he took me right to the Aireloom without hesitation, and boy was he spot on, I have never slept better!!! He was real easy going and not pushy at all, the delivery guys were great and on time and they even took my old mattress away at no extra charge!!Just a great overall experience!!!

After going to 5 different matress stores we found Ortho Matress in Poway had the best selection as well as service. Scott was extremely helpful in helping us find the best matress to replace our Sterns and Foster that was giving us back aches. We ended choosing the Ortho Lansdowne. If everything works well for this bed we will be happy to refer our friends to Ortho of Poway California. Scott really knows the business and was a pleasure to work with.
