Well at first I was a little concerned as no one had showed up in the time window they gave me to set up my alarm, but I called and the woman was so nice and said she would check into it immediately. About 30 min later I got a call that the service technician would be showing up within 30 minutes. He did and he was great....so it all worked out wonderfully.

The installer did a great job. All his work was clean and unnoticeable. He took his time to show me how to set up and operate the cameras. Very happy with the service he performed

My mother is a senior living by herself. The sales guy took complete advantage of her forcing her to sign a contract. Cameras are always offline which is frustrating because i cant keep an eye on my mother. Motion sensors never work. Company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of a senior. I bet the sales guy was proud of his commission though

We had an existing security system in the home we bought. We added a skybell doorbell for only 4 dollars a month and Scott just placed a back yard video camera to find out what critters are triggering our security lights at night. No cost for the camera or installation, but 6.00 a month more for monitoring. Prompt and couteous service. Have been telling all my friends about Alert360!

The alarm company was very quick to respond to a repair request and had a technician out the next day. He was great on communicating when he would arrive and took care of the issue. I have been using this company for over 6 years now.

I had a problem with my alarm system I called thinking one of the batteries die. It was the main battery one I couldnt replace myself. They were able to come out the next day. By the time they got here another alarm went off. When the repair man got here it wasnt one I thought, it was the carbon dioxide unit that went bad. He replaced that, replaced the battery and checked out a few other things. I think his name was Darryl, bad memory, anyway he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and fixed everything in a timely manner.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get their cameras or doorbell cameras. They do not work!!! I guarantee you that. Im stuck in a 3 year contract paying $70+ a month for cameras that dont protect my family. They have great customer service to cover up their trash equipment with sticker sensors you can buy at amazon for a fraction of the cost. One tech will not charge you for a service fee but the manager kid will? Shady business practices. I do not recommend this place at all. I think their positive reviews must come from their employees

Earl kindly called me 45 minutes before his arrival so that I could get home from work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly detect the problem with my doorbell camera. The camera was defective. He replaced it and set everything up for me on my phone. He actually helped more than the original installers who sold it to me. As if that wasn’t enough, Earl even offered to replace my outdated signs. I have had so many contractors come to my house these past few years, and this one was perfect from start to finish. THANK YOU EARL!!!! One happy customer!!! 👍🏻

My father in law had signed an original contract with all secure. Come to find out, this alert 360 bought them out. My father in law is a senior citizen, and this company can give too hoots about him, as long as they got his money. His 3 year contract just ended with all secure and all of a sudden it auto renewed for another year without any notice WOW! I do not recommend this company at all, because of their poor customer service

Alert 360 has been great for us. We started with Guardian which became Central Security and which has become Alert 360. We have not had any major issues but when by mistake we triggered the alarm they called right away or they will dispatch the police when we dont answer our cell phones. All our windows have sensors and we have the video doorbell which has become very valuable to us. Their service is state of the art. Thank you.

Theyre always coming out to service my fiances security system. The cameras are always going offline. They never work and doorbell doesnt catch a thief until theyre walking away with a package off your doorstep. The keypad is always losing connection. Equipment is not reliable at all, but they will always come out to service it. They then have the nerve to charge you a service fee for each time they come out for their equipment failure

The technician that came to my home made an unacceptable comment about my wife. If i was home, i would of dealt with him and kicked him out of my house. This is the 3rd time this company has been to my house to fix their junk cameras that never worked since day 1. I called their corporate office to file a complaint. I was told i would get a call back, and that was 2 weeks ago. Shows you how this company operates

This company keeps changing names, and over time, the product has gotten worse. Must be because of lawsuits. guardian, central security, alarm 2000 and now alert 360. My doorbell never works. My outdoor cameras never work, and the main security panel keeps beeping random through the night. Hard to trust the security of this company when there equipment dont work. The app is the worst. Cant even arm my home. It just keeps spinning. How do i go upon canceling service?

They have the best service team by far. Will not use any other alarm company as we have been with them for many years. Excellent all around.

Me and my girlfriend no longer feel secure. This company use to be alarm 2000, but they changed their name. They pumped up how great their new system is, but it doesnt work. I never had a problem with the old system. Technicians have been out, but can never fix the problem because it comes back, or its something else that goes wrong. They conned my girlfriend into a 3 year contract too, so im stuck with this scam. Ill take this up with my attorney

Tech called first & showed up right on time!He replaced the system backup battery and checked ALL doors, windows, smoke detectors & motion detector.He worked precisely, wore gloves & mask to guard against infection.Your company has every reason to be proud!

Ever since the change, i have had nothing but problems with the phone app. I dont need 50 different alerts a day on my phone. Its like this company spies on you, when you get alerts when you leave the house, for some geo fence nonsense. I have called 3 times and have not had a call back. I need someone to come out and turn off all these dumb alerts on my phone, before i cancel service. The only alerts you need is if your alarm goes off, not when my wife is at the grocery store, not when i open a window, not when my dog goes outside. Its too damn annoying. The company name fits them well. You will will alerts all day long 24/7 a full 360

Logan was our tech that came to our house today. He was very professional, also very knowledgeable. He handled our alarm equipment issues. I get frustrated at equipment issues, but at least there are guys like Logan to save the day.
