Sold me a broken Hyppe max duo flow. Not only does he take advantage of pricing (normally retails for $20, he sells for $30) but hell sell you broken hardware and wont do returns. Terrible customer service.

First time there today. Nice place and wide selection. My son got the bongs he wanted and the man working the counter answered my many questions about CBD. We are new to the area an will shop there soon again.

Usually amazing today someone I have never seen was there and it was terrible. The worst I waited for 20 min all I needed What’s the butane and instead he was busy helping everybody else except for me went back-and-forth the same people about three times didn’t even acknowledge I was there or he would be with me in a sec there. Then after he rang the customer and I thought it wasfinay gonna be my turn, they decided they want to look at a couple things to see the ingredients list so he went on to give them whatever they asked for still another five minutes go by nothing finally I walked out I just couldn’t stand there anymore and waste my time. Total bummer too because usually their service is amazing this time very far from it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth don’t think I’ll ever be back in

They sold me a vape for $30 that lasted all of 2 hours. Went back in to get a refund and he said all he could do was give me 10% off the next one like I was gunna buy another one. Worst vape I have ever purchased followed by horrible customer service. Will not be returning and highly recommend going elsewhere.

I bought a new stizzy battery from this place, first of all way over priced, for the regular stizzy they wanted $39 when it’s usually $15-25. Then there’s was this other one that was $30 so I bought it thinking I got a deal. One thing that I noticed is that usually stizzy batteries work right away when you put the pod in, this one did not do that. So I charged it, it’s been 4hrs since I put it to charge and it’s not charging at all. It keeps blinking red and white. I am mad over all because the product is defective and not the real thing and I know they won’t do returns. So I wasted $30 for a product that doesn’t even work . I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

The youngest staff members could not articulate any CBD recommendations to a newbie like me. Overpaid (60$) for a mediocre product. Disappointed about that. Very well organized store, otherwise.

Dude working there counter is rude, asked for 3 nic vape juice he doesnt check and just grabs them, seemed irritated he had to even help us. Shouldve double checked, another situation where my wife went in to grab cigarettes the same employee, she asked for Marlboro reds dude hander her lights when she tried to.correct him, he said well this is what you asked for and continued trying to give her marlboro lights even though she kept saying no I want reds. Vape juices are way over priced in comparison to other vape shops. He just stares at you while youre attempting to read the vape juices and just looks over all irritated to be there. Instead of standing there and staring maybe ask what kind of flavors do you like and have recommendations. Recommend any other vape shop.

The prices for e-cigs/parts/juices are generally pretty high. I recently bought some Bang Bar disposables as they were on sale (3 for the price of 2). As soon as I tried them I regretted it. The quality of the juice was abysmal compared with Puff Bar disposables, despite being told by the clerk that theyre good too. Clearly they were just trying to get rid of them, and thus the sale.

Going to leave 2 stars only because they actually had the product I was looking for. called in to the shop young kid answered the phone to ask if they had the specific coils I needed and how much they were. He said we dont discuss prices over the phone so I said ok Ill just come in. None of the products are priced in the store so they base the price of the product off of the customer. I paid 21$ for a pack of coils that are 12-15$ EVERYWHERE ELSE. Stear clear of this place and either order what you need online or fined another shop that actually has set prices on their products. Shady shady business practices going on here.

I have been shopping here for the past year. The staff has always been friendly; and although it is a bit more expensive to get vape cartridges and juice here than other shops. It is near my house and that is the price of convenience.However, I recently had a bad set of cartridges for my juul and came back a couple hours later, and it turns out they do not offer exchanges. When I opened the package the first cartridge was not hitting properly and I removed it and it leaked juice all over the place, I opened and inspected two more and they were leaking as well.It is not good business practice to make the customer bite the bullet for a bad product. They charge $20 dollars for the pack cartridges which is one third more expensive than you can buy them for online. Which I was okay with paying for in a pinch. Sadly, I wont be shopping here anymore and will either shop online or make the drive to some of the other shops that I know who will honor exchanges for damaged products.I would highly suggest the owner changes his policies on this.

They are overpriced! After going here, I went to the other smoke shop in Poway and their prices on Cape juice were 1/3 less. The other smoke shops staff was nicer too.

All of these reviews are VERY old and should be removed. The place has clearly changed hands. The owner is hands on. His staff is very courteous. They always greet people as they come in, even if they are with other customers. And I have purchased cigars in EVERY corner of this county (and all over the country) and this shop is way cheaper than all of them. And he stocks quality cigars. Keeps them in great shape and knows his products. Place is clean. I stock up there and it stinks when I have to buy stock elsewhere now.

The assortment of smoking product is as vast as the east from the west. Inside this location you can find quite a few different types of smoking utensils as well as a variety of tobacco products. Service is exceptionally friendly while putting the need of the customer as equal to their own.

This place sucks. This guys prices are outrageous, the service is anything but friendly, and he charges $0.50 for using a debit card. Pay an extra ten bucks and drive to Oceanside... Cigar Grotto is infinitely better than this dump. I have not bought a cigar from here in about 6 months, but I am still mad that did... It deserves fire and brimstone and the utmost degree of contempt.

Poway smoke shop is wonderful. Seeing such a variety of cigars and cigarillos all in a massive cedar walk in humidor made my day. The wide selection was slightly over priced, but is worth it for the quality. Perfectly kept cigars. A nice collection of glass water pipes, and hookahs, the water pipes may appear over priced, but is because most are hand blown locally by a quality artist. Examine the pieces and youll notice most are thick and strong, well balanced between function and aesthetics. Dont complain about a credit surcharge, their common, just hit up an ATM before you go! Friendly owner, talked to him for nearly 20 minutes about his humidor and shop. Recommend this smoke shop for Hookahs, glass, and cigars, but not for rolling tobacco, papers or lighters, grab them from your local gas station.

Bought a pen vape, stopped working. Young man in store cleaned it but still not right again. Have to buy a new one will go where products are guaranteed

I find it interesting that the posted hours online and on the store say open at 9am, but here it is, after 9 and the store is stIll closed. I can only wonder how poorly this business is run if they cant even manage to keep their store hours....

The selection is great among all relevant smokeshop product categories, though their vape selection is almost entirely made up of this fragile generation of smok. The employees actually vape and know at least something about the products-an extreme rarity among the dozens of smoke and vape shops Ive been to.Rent must be expensive there because their markups are cringeworthy, in a somewhat proportionate scale, so normally mid ticket items go for top tier prices, the cheaper ones have less markup, and the top shelf products state buy online using numeric codes that look like prices.Its a good store to go and get whatever you need without driving to clairemont mesa, and at least theyre open until 8.Ill be back.

Not bad customer service is pretty great. I can only speak for The vape side of the shop. The prices were pretty high especially for the mods. I had to buy a mod maybe a month ago and spend more than what it was worth by like 30% maybe. I was desperate otherwise I wouldnt have bought it cuz mine broke and I didnt want to wait for shipping. Ive asked for recommendations from them every time I have they picked out a good juice for me. The juice prices were all right maybe 15% over online pricing or competing places. They have a good selection anything vape related. Its pretty well organized and easy to find stuff. Id give it five stars its the pricing was more fair or if they could at least match vapordna price. That seems reasonable to me I mean Im not going to price match to eBay or some random Chinese site or whatever but vapordna seems to be the giant online vabe store that they are competing with.

We used to love this place, we usually saw a guy named Ralphie (or Raffie, not quite sure) who was extremely helpful and friendly. After about a year of not visiting, we went back for one thing, and the man who helped us was ok, but not as excellent as Ralphie always was.
