We love the quality of the Monte Verde Bay View windows. Mason was a great resource- very knowledgeable and brought up considerations we wouldnt have thought about. The installation team was awesome- great attention to detail and worked with us to make sure everything was as we wanted it. We got some cool features we didnt know we could get, like a kitchen window and screen that open from either side, allowing a full opening you can pass items through to/from the outside. Weve very happy with our new windows and sliding door- they are very beautiful and they block out sun and sound very well!

Im not actually the customer; my landlord is the real customer. I rent, and JWG Windows were hired to replace all the windows in the unit I live in. They were GREAT! Friendly and cheerful, efficient and quick, highly skilled, and the whole thing was done in less than two hours. They did no damage, didnt break anything, they laid drop-cloths to protect floors and carpets, they were respectful and entirely polite. If I owned a house, these are the guys Id want to do all my windows!

We got 3 different quotes with JWG providing the best. A competitor was much higher for the same windows (Anlin Monte Verde Bay View). The windows are great and the JWG crew (EJ, Angel, Romualdo, etc) were very professional and courteous. We had 20 windows and 2 patio sliders done. I would give JWG a strong recommendation and would certainly use them in the future. During initial visit I asked Mason about the window casings I saw in some of his portfolio photos. They are beautiful, so we had them installed also. See the before and after pictures for proof.

From sales to installation, our window and sliding glass door replacement was a breeze! I decided to use JWG windows after I was highly referred by a neighbor who had a phenomenal experience. I went online and saw their unbelievable reputation and five star reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a shot. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their prices were extremely fair and their work was perfection. The day of installation was so much better than I expected. They came on time and were very neat and courteous. They were also done in just a few hours which was amazing since we put new windows throughout our home. I had no idea replacing my windows in my home could be so easy.I had a fantastic experience with JWG windows throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

The install was smooth and easy. It only took one day to install all of my windows and doors. The crew was professional, courteous, and thorough. They did an amazing job, and our place was cleaner after they left, then when they got here! The new windows are Awesome! Such a huge difference. They look great, and they do a much better job of keeping the cool air from our A/C in the house. Another benefit, is that the new windows keep all of the outside noises outside. Super company. They were very responsive, and replaced entryway French doors at a new home. The crew was polite, worked through any challenges, and left everything spotless. Would absolutely use them again.
