This was a delightful, small deli. There was a small bit varied selection of smoked fish, a number of different cheeses and smoked meat (salami, etc). I think much of the selection is from Eastern Europe, but could not be sure. I selected some cold smoked salmon, hungarian salami, and a soft mild cheese (sort of like a mild gouda). I plan on going back.

Fabulous selection of delicious foods! I live in Fallbrook and drive to the store at least twice a month to stock up on several food items. Their liver pate is the best ever and tastes exactly like the one my grandmother made. I have never tasted any that was even close to hers, but theirs brought tears to my eyes knowing that I could again taste food that was like my grandmothers. I love their cheese blintzes, and everything else from this wonderful store! Wish they were closer to me, but definitely worth the drive to be able to get so many fabulous food items!

European and especially Russian food. Tasty sausages and other Russian delights. Breads, sweets and variety of Kvas. Reasonable prices for caviars. The home made peroshki are very good.

Read all the hype in the other reviews, went about a year or two ago. we bought about $60 or $70 of fish and other items. felt it was overpriced and the quality was just ok. the smoked salmon still had scales on it (is it supposed to?). didnt feel it lived up to the hype at all. probably wont go back.

If you want smoked fish and/or chicken this is the place to go to. Everything smells wonderful and fresh. They also have a good selection of things like chocolates and teas. Great owners also. Very friendly staff. Thank you

Today I visited this store which used to be my favorite one. But this time I was dissatisfied with the service. I wanted to try this expensive deli fish - hot smoked sturgeon - and asked for three slices just to try and find out what the taste is. When I arrived home I discovered that two of three pieces were end pieces with skin. This reminded me the worst of Soviet times when the staff cheated.I tried to answer to the owner, but couldnt find how. Of course, I dont have those rough pieces, they were what we call in Russian горбушки - almost not eadable pieces. I didnt keep them to take photoes. Anyways, thanlk you for your response. And next time I will definitely check what is sold for me.

The owners have their very own Smoked house and special secrets to make smoked fish melt in your mouth!I tried cold smoked pompano, hot smoked sturgeon, red and black caviar - recommend! But they have much more to try and choose from!They do delivery also. I am in Portland.

Ordered on line 15 items for next day pickup. Service was good, in time and they loaded in my car trunk, while I was in a car. Two products of 15 that I ordered were horrible quality: red caviar in 90grm metal can was too salty and eggs was broken badly; kambala (Sole Fish) salted and dried smells like a dead spoiled fish. Will never shop again.

Very good quality food! Brought my mom here to buy something for her and my dad, who are having a hard time adopting to the food in the US. They loved everything! The meats, the caviar, the bread, and pre-made dishes. All is very good! I wish they had another location just a bit more south :) For now, I’ll have to make this 25 minute drive.

Small store with a great selection of Russian food, famous for locally made smoked fish and meat like smoked trout, sturgeon, smelt, mackrel, salmon, chicken, ribs, kolbasa, and choice of black and red premium caviar delicatessen and salads.Traditional breads, blinchiki, and many more.

Everything is fresh and tasty as always. They offer free samples so you can try fish, cheese and sausages. Chebureki and potato pirogi are the best! Salads and pickled vegetables are good. The only issue is that pickled carrot and vinegret salad had too much liquid in the jars when we bought them.
