I would not rent from this place again. I rented power broom for my turf. Like most of equipment, i thought it would run on gas. They offered fuel for $18 which i declined. They didnt tell that i cant put straight up gas on it. The person said it would cost $22 if you buy it at OReily. But, he conveniently forgot to say the same would cost just $8 at Homedepot/Lowes. The unit didnt work after 1 hr. of operation. I returned it to shop. Not sure what they did. They never called me back or even offered another unit for replace. I wasted my 1 day of rental. Later I was charged 10% of full replacement cost of equipment because motor was gone or it didnt work. I was charged extra and was not even informed. I couldnt trust this shop and that is end of this shop for me.

The people were nice but they have absolutely absurd policies about cement cutting saws they rent a saw and the blade separately. then they remove the blade from the saw and made me take it as two separate pieces gee thanks this only accomplished pissing me off

Poor customer service. Went to rent a piece of equipment, they couldnt find me in system (I rented 2 days prior), they had to re-input my info using hunt-n-peck typing skills, then 20 min later realize they dont have the equipment I wanted.Bad customer service.

I’ve been coming in here a few times now and I feel like I’ve been coming in here for years! Jeff, Jimmy, and Brandon are awesome. They see what direction I’m trying to go and with a few details they quickly give me the best scenario with the best possible rates and have me out the door and on my way quick and easy. Thanks guys! Manager Jose and the Poway BJs team were highly recommended by a coworker of mine and proved they were worthy of that praise. They were professional and great to do business with. In and out in 15 minutes with brief safety instructions, minimal paperwork and the right concrete cut off tool for my project at a very competitive price. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Cameron answered a hundred questions. I rented a 40ft ladder to do some high windows. Was debating on a scissor lift but was able to do the job the ladder.

I was on my way to Home Depot to rent a tool I thought would help me with a home project. On a whim I decided to stop in at BJs to get their opinion on how to proceed with my project. I am so glad I did! Jose was a tremendous help to me. When I explained to him what I thought I needed for a tool, he redirected me to a different tool and set me up with exactly what I needed to get my job done at a reasonable price. He also shared some of his experiences doing similar projects and his tips proved to be very helpful. My project came out beautiful. Thank you Jose and BJs Rentals for your help!!
