Facility is clean and well maintained. Like the access hours.

Storage units are well protected, both from break-ins and the elements. Theyre mostly stored in-doors, with climate control, so loading and unloading is relatively comfortable. Lifts on each side of the building, with provided carts (2 to a lift) makes the upper level much more convenient to utilize.Price isnt going to be a bargain, but you do get what you pay for. If you are storing climate-sensitive material, I would recommend this place without much reservation. There are a couple of annoyances around, like a lift out of service or a door lock that sticks, but overall its a pretty easy place to get in and out of while ensuring your items are safe.

I like storing my stuff here. It is really cool. The place is very clean and safe. They have a stay-in property manager. Myriam who is really nice and custoner friendly. Her assistant, Kayla was really great when she helped me select the best storage space. Price is really awesome and affordable. Poway Mini Storage had been voted best mini storage facility for the past 5 years. Pretty sure it will hold that title for years to come. I invite you guys out there in need of storage to try it out. I dealt with three employees while renting a unit. ALL THREE were fantastic ! I only know two of their names, Philip and Myriam. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my critical situation. Their patience gave me confidence that it could all work out. And the units: Super clean ! I was very impressed all the way around.

Our experience at Poway mini self storage was by far the best!! Philip was awesome, very polite, explained everything in detail, and has a great personality :) The office was very clean and the bathroom as well :) The storage units are clean and they even have a lift to use if your upstairs! Definitely referring a friend :)

Great facility and service!

I like the staff they are attentive and very watchful and i liked that about the facility. They are also very friendly and have staff that live on site. Overall i give it a high rating its not a shady storage unit like the ones i was pricing, those were pretty sketchy and looked scary. The prices are decent and they have a military discount. I would definitely recommend

I had the pleasure of meeting Juana and Myriam last week and I must say how impressed I was of the professionalism these two ladies posses. They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas with respect to competitors and pricing of storage facilities. Both ladies were able to articulate with confidence about the over all expectations in comparison for the choices available to me. This mini storage is very clean and very professional the first week I was there I decided I had to get a bigger storage unit and the staff completely accommodated me everyone that works there that I have met is very friendly very helpful and I believe it might be the owner he has a I believe German Shepherd really sweet dog everybody there is just golden in fact yesterday I was called by them because they found a bag full of my spray tools still in the storage unit that I left for the bigger one and I just really thought that was above and beyond of them because it was only a little tiny bag but inside was probably $150 worth of spray tips I recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been renting a storage unit here for 3 months now and the facility has always been picked up and clean. Myriam and Juana have always been extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that I have encountered. I will definitely continue to rent my unit from this facility.

So I went into this storage place yesterday and the girl behind the counter said she would give me the first month for free I just had to come in today and fill out the papers and I called to see how much it was going to cost me today because it was never told to me other than my first month was free and Phyllis in the office said they cant do a free month they can only do half off of the month well when you tell somebody something you should stick to your word

I have had great service at Poway Road Mini Storage. The office folks are friendly. And when a water pipe broke, they moved all my stuff into another unit so I could sort it and see what was damaged, and then moved everything back for me. I recommend this storage facility.
