The customer service was outstanding. The best Ive encountered!!!!

Terrible customer support. Representatives will not try to go out of their way to help any more than they are required. I asked to speak to a manager and they will make up any excuse to prevent the manager from speaking to you. I was just trying to purchase some spare parts from a standing desk from their “mount-it” brand so that I could fix it myself and they are trying to sell me a new desk basically, but they don’t know how much the desk is because they don’t even have the price as it was lost within spreadsheets. This is an extremely unorganized and poorly managed company. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Terrible company. I bought a TV mount from this company and it has a bunch of issues. I want to return it and have been emailing their customer support team every other day with no response. Support telephone number doesnt work. Sales number doesnt work. I assume they are going out of business and are trying to sell all the stock they can before they pull out. Shady business practices.

I called the company because I received the wrong wall mount from Amazon, and because I am over my 30 day return policy, they are unwilling to help me exchange the unit for the correct mount I purchased. After speaking to Aria, who claimed he was a Product Manager, he began telling me that Amazon doesnt have a contract with them directly, because their products are sold by a 3rd party company on their behalf. I offered to send in pictures and proof of purchase, and they STILL wouldnt help me. I asked to speak to another manager, and he sarcastically told me I should write to customer support and address it to the CEO, Jake, who is never going to read it. So, dont waste your time with their products. Youll regret it!

For a companys support line to say Were sorry that youre having trouble with our mounts, goodbye is unbelievable! Im a professional installer and have never experienced this low level of customer support and I deal with cable companies all the time. I then tried to call the sales line and no one answers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I recently purchased a tv mount for my new apartment and my new 60 inch 4k tv. It was easy to assemble and the instructions on the website were easy to follow. Hardest part of the process was drilling into the wall. Thanks.

LG 60 tv owners do not waste your time on their products. You will find the power and cable tv connectors line right up with the bottom of the mount plate and short of making some custom extenders will not be able to use your TV.

If you need anything from tv mounts to electronic accessories this is the place with the best price.

My experience has been horrible I ordered a tv stand with mount from this company! It arrived broken glass falling out of the corners of the box! I have called prob 20 times left message after message no reply! Im filing a complaint with bbb and stopping payment! This company doesnt care about their customers one bit!
