Quality paint in a custom color. Sherwin Williams has been very good at color matching new stain from old work. I like the advise they provide.

Recently I needed to have 5 of the 5 gallon cans of paint tinted as the employee at another Sherwin Williams did not have time. Linnea was extremely helpful and also made sure I had a discount on the purchases I was making. They also helped transport the cans of paint and loaded them for me even though they were short-handed with a sick call that day. I would highly recommend the Poway Sherwin Williams store and will never shop at another one of there locations! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond with customer service.

Great place to drop off old paint and pick up some odds and ends. Just remember to call first to make sure they have room to take your paint that day.

Rhiannen was super helpful as we picked out interior and exterior samples. She could match colors from other paint companies and gave great advice on how to complement wall and trim colors and so on. Made an otherwise overwhelming process easy.

Staff at Sherwin-Williams know what they are talking about and are friendly and quick to serve. Products are topnotch. Ill never buy cheap paint again. This store is easy to park and get in and out of. Excellent selection of paint samples and a lot of help when trying to match colors and/or solve a design issue.

We just moved into a new house and had a terrible time color matching. Cassidy and Sean were amazing and patient with us. They helped us pick the right sheen, adjusted colors as needed, and helped us make our home beautiful. I highly recommend either of them.

Excellent service and excellent quality of paint. I used their paint many times before and was very happy with the quality of paint. I just bought almost 25 Gal. Of paint today. Color choices are amazing. They are pretty efficient also. There are many Sherwin Williams paint stores. I was at Poway Store.

Love the colors, and some of the tools you have to pick color combinations (postcards, brochures, your mysw app). Store employees are very helpful. And I just found out about your consultation service for only $95, $50 of which goes towards paint purchase! Cant beat that price, and I will use it the next time.

Love the customer service here. So much to paint and bring color to your house, but I took something more when a big employee over 400 pounds helped me. He was kind and took customer service to a new level. Hope to come to store more. Highly recommend store.

Very helpful in helping me get what I needed, including having a product brought in from another store.

A more knowledgeable staff. Records kept longer than 10 years of my paint and stain purchases so when a contractor needs to repaint a hallway or bathroom I can access the database to see what color mix and sheen was purchased previously.

Good alittle pricey but then i got what i wanted so it made it worth it.

Poor pricing and poor staff. Do not bother going in for the 30% off sale. Its pure bullshit. You can get the same paint and quality from Lowes for much cheaper without a sale. These retailers cater to contractors and they cant wait to screw the old homeowner. Bad business model and poor upper management. GO ELSEWHERE :(

The paint is great....when they have it. I have been painting my house inside and out for the past year and sherwin Williams poway has been out of the paint I needed on many occasions, holding g up work. How can a paint store be out of paint??? Ridiculous.

Sherwin Williams seems to cater to contractors. The homeowner is pretty much on their own when theyre in Sherwin Williams. I did like the selection of colors, but that was really about it.
