Candy Apple Customs was a place that I wouldn’t have normally picked for a repair job, but when State Farm recommended them on my brand new car, I went with it. I have a 2021 vehicle and they got the custom parts in and fixed them in less than a week, which I was super surprised about! I was expecting it to take much longer since my car was brand new and a custom vehicle. They also gave me a caramel apple when I dropped my car off which I thought was super cute and made me definitely realize how catered they are to making their customers happy. They cleaned my car from the inside out after fixing it, and were always in contact with me from start to finish. I will definitely be going to them again for any repairs. Tyler is amazing and did great work! And the new receptionist is *chefs kiss* so wonderful. The only thing I would change is that the staff wear masks. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this place!

Went to Candy Apple Customs on the recommendation of a friend to fix my teenagers first car after wreck. The work was excellent and thorough mechanically and aesthetically. They walked her through the insurance, explained and presented choices, had a great relationship with the rental car company and made the whole process easy. Even though they are an hour away from where we live, they are now our go to shop in the future.

My car was in there for body repair, they did a great job, but I had a speaker that I put in front of my car in the outside. They removed the speaker and they did not put it back. They did not contact me until I pick up my car, then that s when they told me. I had to pay extra money to get it put back in. I would give them a 5 stars if they refunded me the money, but they said no, so here is my review. I give 1 star ⭐️ to them, because they should not mess with my speaker and not putting it back on.

Very professional staff and totally satisfied with work performed. Charles was great in explaining what body work would be done during the estimate phase. I wasn’t looking for the best price, but was more interested in getting quality work. That being said, their cost was several hundred dollars less than the new car dealer where I purchased my Jeep. Work was performed flawlessly and was completed a day earlier than original estimate. Charles called me daily giving me updates on the work progress. They matched the black clear-coat paint color so well that you can’t tell it was even done. There is a convenient Enterprise rental center right next door if you need a rental. Note that you need to make an appointment to get an estimate. Call ahead and book a time. Highly recommend this business.

We used Candy Apple Custom because they were a preferred shop with State Farm. Reading through reviews I felt comfortable leaving my car there. I was not disappointed. The whole process was easy, they took care of all the insurance side of it, and we left we TWO caramel apples because we have 3 kids and let’s face it they didn’t want to share. Overall fantastic experience. Didn’t take long at all either. I got my car back quickly and in brand new condition. Can’t thank them enough.

(My husband was in an accident a year or so ago and really liked the service he received) We did an online estimate and Mark L. quickly provided an estimate to us. We set up an appointment with him the next day to meet with him. He gave us very honest answers to our questions. Even though we might’ve been able to save a couple of dollars going elsewhere to order our part we liked his honesty and wanted to support small business.The part was ordered on a Friday and quickly came in the following Monday.
