Clean store, friendly staff, so theyve changed from plastic bags to paper bags (which I am for) but charge you $0.15 for them. Just giving you an FYI.

I went to find out about manicure could not get any help. I stood outside for ten minutes calling on the phone in front of the store trying to see if someone would help me. I personally saw an employee through the class let the phone ring two times and put it on hold. She did this 10 times. I will never come back to this store. Hiram ga store

Sucks that this location closes at 8pm. Most of the locations close st 9pm. Really an inconvenience to those who work later hours and cant get there before 8pm. Wont be patronizing this location ever again. Sorry, not sorry.

I usually go there but this time that i went the employer was rude and didnt even say welcome to sallys or do you need help finding anything. She didnt speak to me at all ! It seemed as if she was rasict because she very well helped out the other coustomers of her color.

The store was empty. Did not have anything I needed, including simple rubber bands. 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

Every body is always so nice and helpful here. Theyve even put in special orders for me when I needed a large number of certain items.
