Rotten molded produce. The lines for the deli are always ridiculously long. A couple of the stock guys are always super friendly and helpful. Their prices keep going up which dont match the quality of what theyre selling. The parking here is the absolute worse I have ever seen. The number of parking spaces are absolutely too few to handle the customer volumn. And finally, the new front end employees shouldnt even be working in customer service. The self checkout people obviously cant be bothered with any customer needs. I have always thought Publix, although a little pricey with some products, was always organized, stocked with nice produce and meat and staffed by attentive and well trained associates. Such a shame.

Powder springs Publix has an impeccable Customer service. I go there because of it. It is always clean, the staff is always clean and the customer service counter always has someone to assist. You always find an employee around no walking the whole store. Quality produce always. The only store I am not afraid to Instacart with because my deliveries are sure to be top notch. I wonder if they are inspected before they leave the store. Happy shopper here for sure.

I ordered The Cordon Bleu sub foot long, something along the lines of that earlier today, I saw that it came with chicken, ham, and bacon. Everything was on my sub but the chicken and bacon unfortunately, only reason I didnt notice was because I was checking the time after standing in line for so long I was about to be late, so I really didnt notice my sub was missing the chicken and bacon. I feel like it was half my fault because I didnt check, but I assumed because what I ordered should have automatically came with it... I got home and was so disappointed, gave the half of my sub away...

Publix has some delicious items that you can’t find elsewhere including the grab and go prepackaged salad. However, I keep getting Caesar salads with torn open packets of stale croutons inside the sealed salad container. That means when the Publix deli dept packages these salads, the packets of stale croutons are busted open and they seal them in there for sale anyway. That makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the while salad. I might pass on these in the future.

Even though I know that I can find some items cheaper at other stores, I dont mind paying a little bit more at this store because it is always clean, well stocked, and everyone that works there treat the consumer with the utmost respect. I am so glad that I live close to this store. Shop here and you will leave in a better mood than you showed up in.

Always stocked with fresh produce and the bakery is a dream! The smell of fresh bread in the morning as you walk in can change your mood. All employees are so helpful & kind and the sushi is okay.

Went to customer service this morning to exchange an item and the representative there was less than welcoming. No good morning or simple acknowledgement made to me, the customer, who makes purchases at this location daily. Seriously Publix? What is that? Not only was the age wrong (it’s suppose to be 13, not 15) but the shark looks NOTHING like jaws. My step sister works at another Publix in Buford and has a culinary degree and art degree and it was really hard for her to get into the baking department in Publix. Whoever made this needs to be fired because we shouldn’t have been charged for this poorly executed cake.

This Publix was very well organized; however, only the cashier was pleasant.

Out of a lot of items. Italian sausage $7.99. Food Depo had them for $3.99. Brownies sold out again...they are soon good!

This Publix was awesome. I went in for some of their tasty chicken salad. They had none on the shelves and when I asked someone behind the counter I was overheard by two other employees possibly management of some sort. When they proceeded to show me where the chicken salad should be and saw an empty shelf, they proceeded to go into the back as they asked me to wait one second. The next thing I knew they were coming out with containers of chicken salad and handed me what I had come in for. To me this is going above and beyond, and I appreciate it as again I was looking and had a taste for just that chicken salad. Your willingness to go above and beyond is what gets five stars from me, publix, and you did just that.

Publix is known for its exceptionally high quality service and offerings. This location fits the bill and doesn’t disappointment. Great, friendly customer service. Great sales, Publix-brand offerings, coupon policies, etc. Wonderful bakery, deli, produce department, and pharmacy. I really have no complaints.

Made appointment for the vaccine. When I get there they said there out. HOW ? The pharmacist said we should have more tomorrow, but he didnt sound confident about that. He said come early. Sorry some us have jobs. So Im supposed to go to a store I dont like again for nothing again. Good luck with that.Whats the Sense in making an appointment if its first come first serve. Was on fence on this whole thing. Thanks for nothing.

Publix has always been great. The powder springs location is clean, stocked, and always friendly helpful staff.

I always see a manager (store or department) out in the store making sure things are clean and in its place. Ive even seen them in lot putting lostcarts in return spaces. And everyone of them speaks to customers!! I absolutely love that.

Publix deli is always great but the team here was amazing cranking out sandwiches and appeared to be happy doing it even through they were crazy busy. Kudos to the 4 guys taking care of the in person orders and on line orders simultaneously.

As most know Publix is a very clean grocery store friendly staff which means it to shoppers. Im a Kroger shopper because Publix is higher on my items and Publix doesnt carry items I use alot. But,on that same note I will continue to shop publix for things I do need.

I generally love Publix but this one is too small for the community it serves. Crowding is an issue & the staff arent as friendly as the Publix near my home or others I frequent.

It is clean. The people are nice. However the deli area is always busy and the workers are extremely slow.

Publix has some of the best customer service and this location exceeded those expectations.

Waited 20 minutes in line to get a sub sandwich. Complained to customer service about the long line, problem unresolved. After I was serviced the line was still extremely long.

The workers are always helpful, the stores are clean especially deli, meat and friits and veggies department, I love publix.

I shop at this location but have never tried the sushi. I’m not familiar with types of sushi or what the ingredients are but wanted to give it a try. Their shrimp and steak is always really good.Atiba helped me pick and it was delicious. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. He was friendly and knowledgeable, he wasn’t trying to just make a sale you could tell he has tried the products himself.I would recommend this particular location because the staff here is great and make you feel like this is your store.Thank you Atiba. Definitely coming back .

This publix is always clean and have been here multiple times in the past ten years. There was a line of carts ready and wiped down ready to be used as you walk into the door. All workers and customers wear masks. The wine selection is good too!

Dishonest store. The specials posted at the products are not automatically honored unless you argue about each special at checkout. I shopped there this morning and saw this for myself. In addition to my other items, I bought five items that were supposed to be either by one get one free or two for a reduced price. Not a single one of them rang up that way which makes it obvious they are making you think youre getting the special when in fact your paying for both...since they figure most people wont be looking or remember every special. Very dishonest practice. If thats the way they want to do business, Ill never shop Publix again.

I come here for one reason which is to get the 8 piece fried chicken and for the last two months every time I come you dont have any . You are getting bad reviews on the neighborhood app. Also .sad I will start going to Macland and power springs rd from now on.

Dont order your cakes from here. Very bad I ordered a cake shaped as a number 1 and it looked like a 2 and the decorations were just bad. The writing was HORRIBLE and the smash cake icing was messed up! I would have had more lucky getting my cake from aldi and they dont even do cakes thats how bad this cake was. I added some sprinkles to make it less ugly but very disappointed

This pharmacy is the worst, they do not try to help, I have a sick toddler crying and they act like they don t care, they can t find my prescription, called the doctor twice and they said they sent over and those ladies they are ignoring me, please don t use this pharmacy. Horrible, they need a customer service training.
