Worst customer service ever!! My fiance had to climb up and get a bucket of cement down himself. When he went to the pro desk to inquire on product very unhelpful and when he asked if he cd order online his reply was maybe! Seriously not 1 employee asked if we needed help. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! For now on Lowes is #1 choice. Very disappointed 😞
