Their labor price is lower than mountain motorsports. Friendly I have been a customer for years and they have been consistent with the customers care and their machine. They are a Geico repair facility for motorcycles.

Poor customer service and outrageously rude. They had my bike for two and a half months and didn’t fix the problem. They say it was just the starter but that shouldn’t take long and when I finally decided to go to the shop after being so patient I see my bike is sitting to the side with junk bikes while they were working on other people bikes. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and take your vehicle somewhere else. This is nothing but a headache and stress.

These guys are excellent. I have had multiple experiences with them and I have never had one issue. Today I called them to have them make an adjustment. They were willing to get me in that same day (mind you this was 15 before I showed up) while I was there I asked for a full services and they obliged without any hesitation. They love what they do and they want only whats best for their customers. I would and do recommend them to anyone with a bike that needs any service that you can think of.

Please do no invest your time or money into this shop. They have had my bike over a month and have not provided any updates as to why this is taking so long. I continue to call and text to get nothing but the run around. They place blame on everyone and everything but themselves. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a REAL shop!

I had my bike taken there for fairings, headlight, clutch lever, stator cover, bracket and a rear seat to get replaced by Geicgo insurance. They fixed my bike and it looked great. 2 days after receiving my bike back I decided to change my clutch/front brake lever to shorty levers. I changed my front brake lever and started changing my clutch lever. I checked the lever before removing it and it was pretty tight on there just the way it was suppose to be and I was happy about that because just before my bike was taken to them it wasnt really tight and that was because the nut that screws onto the bottom of the clutch lever pivot bolt was a bit loose so I tightened it up. So as I put my screwdriver on my clutch lever pivot bolt I tried to put the socket on the nut but I couldnt. I looked and I found that the nut was not there. I went online to order a nut for the bolt. I put on my shorty levers on and 1 weeks later the clutch lever pivot was lost because the nut was the only thing thats was suppose to hold it securely. I had to go order one online because I couldnt find it anywhere in stores which took a week. That was a hassle. Meanwhile I zip tied my clutch lever.I also had them rewire my headlight and then again after I went home a few weeks later I removed my seat and notice that one of the two Phillips screws that attached to my seat was missing and it was there before when I previously worked on it and lost only after they worked on it.Dont get me wrong the guys there are cool and everything. If you have a problem with your bike they will fix it but so far with my experience that also comes with a few missing bolts. If the bolts didnt go missing I would rate them a 5 star but since it did twice I took off a star for each time it did happen. Sept-October 2016 was when my repairs were done. Hope this helps!!

I was referred by my insurance company after finding it difficult for someone to work on my AMIH Lone Star Chopper that I had laid down. They did a awesome job in keeping me informed, finding matching parts and mechanical repairs. Most shops told me they didnt have the expertise or time due to the season, although Walk-er-ride took up the challenge and have to say dealing with them was very easy and straight forward. They delivered my bike to my front door and I couldnt be happier. A definite five star recommendation. Thank you Jimmy and gang!!!

I was on a road trip from Florida when my rear brake pedal seized up.Stopped by without notice for them to look at. They took the time out to diagnose my problem and offered several options on how to proceed. Wish I lived in the area to use these guys more often. Thanks for the help guys.

Terrible customer service! Employees are rude! Would not recommend if you want your bike to continue to work. Went in to have plugs in my bike and they disconnected my fan and never reconnected it back! Went riding and almost blew up my engine! The worst!

Horrible customer service. I gave them rear wheel (with everything on it) to be chromed 3 weeks later I find out they forgot to send it out. 3 more weeks later they end me a rim without a tire, wheel bearings or brake disk. When I inquired about my missing parts they denied receiving them then with an attitude gave a tire that had a plug in it!Do NOT do business here.
