Called and requested a certain paint and they told me they had it in stock, drove a hour over to the store and they in fact did not have what I asked for and tried to sale me something completely different! Wasted 2 hours of my time, not to mentioned lied to me and then wouldn’t take any responsibility for it. Very disgusted with this store.

I have been to this store 6 times in the last few weeks with many projects and all of the different employees I have purchased from have been extremely helpful in helping me find the right products. Very professional, courteous service

Love SW products but unless you are a large purchaser or commercial account, avoid this location. They have shown no interest in the DIY customer. I gave them two chances, months apart. Give your business to another Sherwin Williams location. I did.

Though the store was extremely busy, the young associate who helped me could not have been nicer or more attentive to my needs. Yes, I stood for a few minutes waiting to be served while the young men working in the store finished up with other customers, mixing paint, running supplies from the back to the front of the store. But when it was my turn, the employee who assisted me made my little project (my 6 year old daughter’s bedroom) a top priority. He helped me pick out the right product and assured me he would let me know when my paint was mixed and ready to go. By the time I was done picking out my supplies, I had my paint and was out the door. I was so thankful for the efficiency. And even though the store is obviously a go to for local paint pros, I wasn’t made to feel like a nuisance with my small DIY project. I very much appreciated that too! The added bonus is— the SuperPaint is a great product and my kid is thrilled with her new room.

The service was fast, yet none of the employees wore masks. COVID rates in Cobb Co are high.... Unexceptabe.

This is the first time I was in this place and I have to say it was very different than I imagined. They seemed to be out of alot of product. Empty spaces everywhere.

Covid changes in-store experiences. They did the best they could, but the wait was very long and the service rep forgot to give me a stirstick and opener. I understand but it was another trip to another store.

The employees here are VERY helpful!! I had 3 cans of paint that Home Depot screwed up, and I felt like I had just wasted so much money because Home Depot wouldnt fix it. Well, I just brought it to this Sherwin Williams and they fixed it, no problem, no charge! Amazing people, seriously so nice!

Consistently one of the best Sherwin-Williams stores in the Atlanta metro area. Joshs leadership is reflected in his employees, be they trainees or long-term employees.

No one helped me to purchase paint brushes. Tossed the brush back and left. Best deal was just to go back home.

Went in the first time to look at chips,sat down maybe there 20 mins. The young girl there did ask when I came in if I needed any help. Went up with my chose of color to get a sample and they didnt have the base paint to mix the sample. Maybe tomorrow they said. Went back couple of days later to get sample, two guys working neither one friendly, got my sample and a couple of days later went back to get the paint, the guy who waited on me was not friendly, the phone kept ringing so he kept having to stop talking and answering my questions and then he didnt show me what the paint looked like after he mixed it. End thoughts I think if youre a contractor and buying from this location regularly you get good attentive service but if your just coming in for a gallon not so much. Just my observation.

I buy all of my paint from this location now. I purchased a few gallons from a Sherwin-Williams in Dunwoody. Well, I was painting and the wall was soaking up the paint like crazy. So I went to get another gallon from this location. The sales attendant warns me that I should use a primer with the color I was purchasing. I said, well that explains it lol....and mentioned that the Dunwoody store did not tell me that. He ended up giving me a discount on top of the current sale going on, which was very much appreciated.
