All kinds of smell good on sale! The day I went in it was 75% off have everything in the middle of the store including body sprays hand sanitizers hand soap. They did let me buy 3 testers because they were the last ones they were on the Shelf and also told me they had to charge full price even if 2 of the 3 bottles was half full bottles. I went ahead and bought all three testers that were more than half empty or half full because they smelt so good. I think they should have charged half price for a half-full bottle. Thats just my opinion. I could have left them on the shelf and not bought them but I chose to buy them. And I also got four hand sanitizers for $0.99 apiece I dont know what the normal price is.

I tried returning candles to this location on 6/18 with a receipt and didn’t get any help. I went to another store and they exchanged it w no problem.The white young lady at the door with long dark/black hair was nice and took the candles to the register. I even heard her say, “she has a receipt” so that let me know the people at the register were trying to be difficult.I then told them I had a receipt and they said they couldn’t exchange, etc without even looking at my receipt.The two people at checkout were both white, one older with gray hair and glasses and the other one l, tall and dark short hair.I appreciate the greeter trying to advocate! She was sooo nice!

I can never go into bath and body works and buy just 1 thing, I come out with atleast 5 things at the most. And alot of stuff is expensive but your paying for that quality, this place is a blessing and a curse (on my wallet)

I love this place! The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and smells wonderful (of course!) One of my most favorite places to be.

For the most part this store is great for what they sell. If you are looking for a gift for your significant other they are helpful with finding just the right thing. They always have some kind of buy 1 get 1 or by 3 get 2.

One of my favorite places to shop, always had great products, they keep things interesting by always having new products that go with the changing seasons. I love the annual sales with up to 75% off. Conveniently located to all of our town.

Cant say a bad thing about it. Big enough for a fabulous inventory, small enough for personal help. Unless you wait til 2 days before a major holiday, you can get all the personal help youd like. Or be left to browse. Never a bad experience!

Oh my goodness talk about great customer service. They definitely know customer service etiquette hello, how are you, please, thank you. The businesses with great customer service seems to be dwindling but bathandbodyworks is not great job you guys.
