Great manga selection! It was hard to find some at a few points becuase there was just to many 😭 But i went and picked up my, my hero academia and One punch man and it went smoothly!

I spent most of my time looking for a book that the website said was on the shelves. I was unable to find an employee to help me. It was like the only people in the store were customer. I did, however, enjoy my visit to the store coffee shop. My coffee and treat were amazing!!

I really love this place...customer service is amazing, but overall their prices are high. I found a book I wanted $20 cheaper on Amazon. I will still visit since my kids love it in there, but most likely wont purchase much.

I love it here. I am a big reader and this place is awesome. They had a lot of resources that help me prep for my degree and my certifications. It is a nice and quiet place to study and complete work (if home is too noisy). Im not a huge coffee drinker but everything Ive had has been really good.They have a great selection of Manga and superhero related stuff too.Recommend.

Its another over priced bookstore! Every book we looked at was cheeper at Walmart or amazon! Not sure how stores like this stay open!

A regional bookstore that has to compete against bigger national chains and does a good job of it. Has a great book buyer, very well executed best part is if they mess up they fix it. Plus I always try to support local businesses over national chains for the most part.

Always nice and helpful. Every time I pass an employee they always speak to make sure Im finding everything okay. As a previous manager here, I also know that the cashiers are 100% (at least whenever Im in their) doing their job by promoting their discount cards and magazine subscriptions; they always sell these items politely and in a non-pushy way.

The cashier talks way to fast. He was offering a card and coupons but i never understood half of what he said. I wanted a books-a-million card but it was like 20 -25$ no way. Beside that the staff is very helpful. Oh and if they dont have a certain book in stock they will tell you they can order for you but you have to pay for them right then and there then they will be shipped to you. 😒 they wont order them and stock the shelf

Need more ethic selections

Unprofessional and disgusting employees. There was two young ladies working at the cafe, one who looked mixed,and another with blonde hair and blue eyes roots both talking about m*sturb*tion. We were so appalled that we left. We will never shop there as long as they hire these people.

The staff is Always friendly. Usually drop by for coffee if I have a lot g break. I like the fact the baristas suggest what theyve tried that is good based on what type of drink you are looking for.

Joe muggs! Love these guys! They make me special drinks all the time. They will make off menu or past items and they always surprise me with a new to me or great flavored beverage. Service is always very good and everyone is very helpful ^__^

Always a fun time in a Books a Million. This one felt a bit small but still had lots of selection. The cashier was a bit salty that I had a Barnes and Noble card and not a Books a million card but I doubt it keeps him awake at night so I dont feel bad.

I felt lost when I entered your store. However 2 Pleasant salespersons immediately assisted me and even walked me to the exact location of the books I needed. As I left the store I thought wow I feel at home here now. I will be back more often. I dont know why I waited so long before I did visit you store. Your people had Smiles on their face very kind very courteous! Thanks

Besides a decent selection of books, this place is great for gifts. If you need a gift at the last minute and have a general idea what kind of shows or books the recipient likes, this is place can likely help you. There is also a little coffee shop inside the store.

Great environment and staff.

Expensive. No wonder Amazon is killing these chain stores. I shouldnt have to spend $25 a year to get 10% off a book. Grocery stores dont require paid memberships. This is a bookstore, not a gym. Anyway, the clearance section is great and the only reason I even shop there.

While there are not many things to do on the city of Prattville looking around at books A million is a fun thing to do if you need to kill 30 minutes. Unfortunately I never buy anything because if I find something I want I can normally get it off amazon in 1-2 business days at a 30-40% discount.

We were asked 3 times by smiling employees if we needed help with anything. The store is always clean and organized. The bathroom wasnt fantastic, but it wasnt disgusting either.

This Books A Million location is excellent. The newly remodeled store in Montgomery is terrible in comparison.

Went to books a million to get a gift for my son. At the counter the person asked what three free magazine subscription I would like. Thinking it would be a one time thing, I chose my three. At no time did the person at the counter tell me that I would get charged and used my account to put me in for a full subscription. This is a horrible way to treat a customer! I will never go there again.
