Always a line. Usually runs out of donuts earlier than other locations and definitely before closing. The Hot Now signs are slightly obstructed from view by landscaping and signs. Apparently, the Hot Now sign does not indicate that the mini donuts are hot. Hit or miss and good luck.

Best donuts in the whole industry. Coffees pretty good too. is pretty good too. I would give them five stars if they would mix the cream and sugar at the window instead of me having to do it driving down the road.

Love being apart of the rewards program. Although, sometimes there are long lines, the service and donuts are well worth it. Amazing service, thank you!

Hot sign on but was told it was a 25 minute wait for originals. When I pulled up to the window I saw a tray of originals. Server told me it was pumpkin which was a lie. I ordered a pumpkin & the texture is different. Disappointing that I was lied to.

No access to building, drive thru only. This makes things a bit more challenging because I like to see the actual doughnuts not just a picture of what it should look like. Everything was good, the pumpkin spice were ok the apple were great.

Products they offer are fresh but several times I have received an email from Krispy Kreme advertising a new product that this location doesnt offer.

My first time purchasing from this location. I ordered a large hot coffee with add on of pumpkin spice, I was disappointed. The coffee was luke warm, no taste, and I feel I wasted my time/money

I went to the drive thru on 8/12/21 around 6pm. The cashier was so nice.

I was disappointed. I live approximately 30 miles away and we were all craving the creme filled donuts they said they dont have them all the timeIt would be nice if it was stated on the menu board. The donut holes were great but we still have a craving!!!

Normally the line goes quickly and the order is always right but my last visit the lady taking the order seemed to have issues with hearing over the speaker. Thats why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Dont order through their app or online. The folks filling your order cannot read or do not care what you actually order and when you call they dont answer. If you call the 1-800 number they can have it re-delivered but they will still send you the same messed up order.

Waited in line at drive thru seems like forever, heard lady in front of me say to the person working the drive thru that she wasnt waiting 15 mins for glazed doughnuts, well I got to window they said it was gonna be 15mins on chocolate. I said nevermind

This visit was 100% better than all the other times Ive been. Romecko took my order through the drive thru and was very polite and patient while I looked up my member card. She also helped order the right dozen lol because what I ordered and was not what I had intended when I decided to go there and she suggested what I actually wanted if that makes sense. The strawberry lemonade chiller was delicious and cooled me down as my truck doesnt have ac. I look forward to going again the next time I go off my diet 😜😋🍩

Excellent and very quick service

Decided to stop in to purchase some doughnuts for halloween to share with my coworkers. The line was pretty long, but the staff worked fast and were very attentive. One of the workers suggested the halloween dozen and I must say Im glad I went along with her suggestion. The fun and festive looking treats really hit well the folks in my office. Thanks Krispy Kreme!

If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would. First, after sitting 35 mins in the drive through, we had to repeat our order 3 times because the lady at the drive through kept calling the order back wrong. Once we finally got it worked out, we pull ahead to the window where the lady asked if we got 1 doz original and we told her no. Then she asks which order was ours, we told her AGAIN for a 4th time. She STILL handed us 1 doz original. We pull around to the front entrance where an employee was smoking right at the door, he informed us that we could not go into the building for an exchange, we would have to return to the line where there were 10 other cars wrapping around the drive through. How hard is it to get an order right?! Why couldnt the guy outside go in and fix the order for us, instead he directed us back to the line?! If this is how all Krispy Kreme is now due to COVID, I dont want anymore.

The Prattville location is a joke. People go to Dunkin doughnuts. You cannot get what you order in a timely manner, the drive through is a joke as you sit inline forever. Forget about ordering on line because you will wait 20 minutes to get what you ordered the day before.

I ordered the Valentine doughnuts 24 hrs in advance. As I was on the way to pick them up, they called me (10 minutes to pick up time) to tell me they did not have my order ready and it would be at least an HOUR before I could pick it up. UNACCEPTABLE. My order should have been boxed up and waiting for me, not sold to a walk in customer. Bad business Prattville Krispy Kreme.

Ive been craving regular glazed Krispy Kreme donuts for a few days. We left with a dozen of them and a dozen mixed! Just for the two of us and we dont eat sweets very often. Everyone in there was so helpful. It was so easy to find, easy to park and get back out of. We were pulling a trailer that day and it was not a problem. We even got a free donut!

Doughnuts are always great but they seem to be confused when you order only one doughnut.

Very disappointed that even though their online menu clearly states that they sell both chocolate and vanilla glazed cruelers, they don’t. The very sweet girl who served me said they have never sold them. 🙄Why would you place items on your menu that you have never prepared and sold? Be honest and remove them from your menu, please.

If it werent for the visit my husband and I just had, I would be giving a 5 star review per our last two visits. Today we were in the drive through around 6:35 and had only two people in front of us when we started to order. We could hardly hear/understand the drive through girl, she tried to rush us through our order, never spoke back to us, and never kept up with our order like every other time we have come in the past. Then, to make our experience worse, when we finally got up to the window she basically never looked at us, we still couldnt hear or understand her, and she never once smiled. I dont know the next time we will come back if there even will be a next time, but I hope if we do that she wont be the person at the window treating customers with such horrible manners.
