Friendly staff. Great customer service. Store is always clean. Only problem I have is finding the large cans of Tails and Whiskers cat food, Hormel pot roast in the small trays, and Light Life vegan bologna.

Used to be the only grocery store I would go to. But now they have stopped carrying several things I buy, so I dont go there as c much. Still have good meat. Usually wind up bagging my own groceries.

I would give it 5 stars but theres this woman who works at Winn-Dixie pharmacy in prattville and she is rude, disrespectful, and she gives me and my family problems with refilling our medications. I have actually considered changing pharmacies because of the issue!

We love the grocery store for the variety of stuff they carry as well as the prices. Still have to go to Publix down the street for a few things like boars Head meat but I can even find gluten-free and other healthy options in the aisles here. The variety is great

My impression was like being in another big box store that starts with a W except shopping for overpriced food. Beer is several dollars above Walmart prices and thats WDs sale prices.If youve got to wade through the undesirables you might as well bite the bullet and go to Walmart.

Well run store, masks enforced, good selection of produce, meats, and seafood. Not the least expensive, but very good discounts with loyalty card. Ive been a customer there for almost thirty years, and I depend on them for my weekly grocery run.

Produce is usually pretty good but the meat section around the beef had a lot ofnflies, dead and alive, but mostly dead late last summer into fall. Turned me off to buying any meat packaged at the store.

Friendly service, clean and (partially) organized store, and an overall positive customer experience - but I wouldnt classify this location as standing out from their competition in any of those categories.The store looks to have opportunities with the service and level of inventory they receive from the various vendors they work with. I did witness a member of management attempteing to verbally coach a Coca-Cola vendor on the sales floor in an unprofessional manner, which could be the reason vendor maintained products were not recovered, front faced, stock balanced, or even in stock in quite a few cases. Treating your team, including the vendors assigned to your store, with dignity and respect as well as utilizing various coaching methods to develop and motivate (not embarrass and belittle) will garner a much more positive response in multiple ways - in both the short and long term.

Prices alittle pricy

Such an amazing experience. I had my hands completely full with pushing a stroller and holding a basket. Billie took the time to take my basket up front, load it on the belt, bag it and load a buggy with my groceries and walked me to my car. She even loaded my van while I put the kiddo in! She is a rockstar and made my trip so much easier. Will come back to this store solely because of her!

Love the service of this particular location as well as the chain in a whole. Most people make you actually feel like a friend while most multi million dollar big box stores make you feel like just another sale.

This Winn Dixie was very clean and spacious. Everyone observed the correct social distancing and had on mask. It was well stocked and the employees were very nice and helpful.

Employees are kinder during the day. Night employees are rude & act like you are a bother.

Nice, helpful people work here. If you ask for help, they can tell you where to find whatever you are looking for. Have cashiers anf self-checkout lanes. If you need help getting items to your car, someone is usually available.

Winn-Dixie in Prattville seems well-stocked with everything needed for holiday cooking. Found ground cloves, which havent been able to locate recently. Staff is friendly & helpful.

The Prattville store in Winn-Dixie is a fine place to visit their prices are reasonable you need to catch their sales and look for their weekend sales Winn-Dixies and fair place for groceries although there is other places you can do better so be careful shopping but always look for their specials

Store well stocked & clean. But the meats in the meat selection area did not look as well as they usually look at WINN DIXIE. WINN DIXIE always has good produce & meat, but this time, the meats did not look as good as usual.

I purchased some steam steamed shrimp with extra cajun seasoning. It was perfect. I also enjoyed the prepackaged vegetables. The were grill ready. But the cost of other goods is much more expensive than other grocery stores.

I have rarely found employees anywhere as helpful as those at this store! I recently needed a couple of bows for poinsettias that I had purchased at another store!! Bart, an assistant manager, could not have been more accommodating; he actually called Margaret, the floral director, at home and asked her if she would return to the store and make the bows for me...and SHE DID!!! She had a marvelous, friendly attitude and reassured me it was no problem to return! These two individuals are almost too good to be true! Fabulous service from Bart and Margaret, and I will never forget how kind and helpful they were!! Unbelievable service!!!!

I love shop and buy crab legs and crawfish out of seafood section. The employees is very kind and helpful.

The lines are always long early in the morning with one cashier talking ato the one on register. Every time I go into purchase buttermilk they never have any. Everytime they have item on sale its never on shelf or in stock..

The store is very clean, but the prices are definitely higher than Walmart. They also dont carry a number of items we get regularly at other grocery stores.

Nice store. I was really pleased that it was open until 10pm while other stores close around 8pm. Sometimes I really need to shop after 8pm so I was really happy.

The shelves are well stocked but I found their meat prices too high for my taste. I will get my meat from Piggly Wiggly and/or Food Outlet instead. 😏

If you love veggies and seafood, go to the seafood counter for a $6 seafood steam bag. Much nicer.than the WD near my house. Parking can be hard here sometimes.

Had to cash a check...the girl running the counter was cleaning and sanitizing the area...I like seeing that..service was fast and friendly...no issues cashing the check.....$5 check cashing charge for the amount of my check though.......it was under $300

Last two times I have been in here customer service has been very rude. This time I was at self check out and the lady was treating me like I was an ignorant kid as if I did not know how to use the computer because their system was running slowly. I have a doctorate degree and do not respect being treated like a child. Management needs to learn to train their staff with a little more respect. Will not be shopping here anymore. In addition to this, Walmart has much better prices. Dare I say, Walmart has actually had better customer service as well!

Went in to buy a few groceries but a beautiful palm caught my cousin and my eyes. The florist on duty was extremely helpful in describing the needs of the plant. Highly recommend the florist

Dont forget that they have a deli where you can get a plate with fresh fried chicken, other protein choices, and veggies hot or from the cold case for a great price. Perfect for those quick dinners after a long day or spur of the moment picnic meals.

Prices are comparable to Wally world after sales, sometimes much higher though without. Convenience makes up for higher prices. Friendly, courteous people. Meat is much better than what you purchase other places.
