This U-Haul was an amazing experience!! The young man that was in there made the entire process so nice. He went through and explained the charges that would be filed to my card and went out and hooked us up (the last U-Haul we visited did not). The check-in and drop off were both very nice. I will use this location again should we be moving in the future.

If you need a hitch installed for the love of god dont go to this location. We tried multiple times to set an appointment and would arrive every time to the previously made confirmed appointment to someone either being on vacation, someone not being there yet, or them not having a correct tool. After 2 days of going back and forth we called the Montgomery location and they had it done same day.

Rented a uhaul for about 4 hrs. When I checked it back in I authorized them to charge my card for what was owed, fast forward a month later and they charged my card a late fee, without authorization, for their mistake in not charging my card the proper amount. Will not issue me my 30 dollar late fee. Shady tactics to earn extra money. Do not rent from this place.

My card was double charged without my consent The vehicle was only driven 87 miles wouldn’t recommend

They didnt have the appliance dolly I had requested. I couldnt see out the windshield had to stop and wash it. My hands stuck to the steering wheel somebody had spilled coffee all over it and I paid an extra $7 to have it environmentally cleaned to be safe. I reserved the truck one mile from my house for 8:30 in the morning I had to pick it up 15 mi from my house at 10:30 in the morning very disappointed with U-Haul Penske will be my next move

Ive been a customer to UHaul here since 2014...very nice employees, the storage unit area are very clean...Never had issues for my unit or get a truck to loan at times...Rates are reasonable.. They have all the needs of materials there for you, to move or locks for your units...I recommend these guys...they are best around!

Reasonable monthly rates and Climate Controlled storage units in a variety of sizes. The staff is ready to help when needed. My stuff is secure and protected from heat, damp, and bugs. They also offer outdoor storage units and all U-Haul services.

Affordable indoor, climate-controlled units with lots of security put in place so I know my stuff is well secured. The staff is also friendly and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. Being able to pay my balance using the app is also a plus.

Who trains the staff? They couldnt even locate my unit. I was told 30 minutes after, that I needed to purchase their lock.

When I walked in that day I thought my day couldnt get much worse. Thankfully, there are actually angels watching out for us, and one of them is named Dixie. Thanks to her my day didnt get any worse. She is extremely helpful, sweet, and one of the kindest people I have met in this area. If you are moving I suggest that you swing by and get that Lovely young woman to help you out.

I have used a lot of storage places and this one is by far the best I have ever used. Management is extremely kind and helpful. Dixie and Blake really came through in our time of need and we truly appreciate all they did for us.Their facilities are super clean. I have never seen a storage facility so clean in my life. Thank you Twally for keeping the place immaculate for us.Customer service at this U-Haul is by far the best. I went to 3 different U-Hauls in the area for supplies and this one was the fastest and most helpful.I just cant say enough about how great this place is. If you need a storage unit, rental truck or supplies, this is definitely the place to go!

I called around town to get a trailer hitch installed on my CRV. I was on a short timeframe...When I got to Dixie, I stopped calling. First experience was a pleasant, patient phone call. I got my quote (best in town, by the way) and told her I would call back when I could schedule. She immediately offered to be flexible with her installer if needed. When I called back to schedule, Blake answered the phone. He asked about the time and when I told him I needed to leave by 11, he offered to be there first thing to make sure I had plenty of time. The great experience continued when I went to their office. First off, clean and well let! Dixie and Blake were ready for me and had me in and out in less than an hour. This is just good, down home service.

Everyone was very helpful and didnt push their products (boxes, tape, etc..) Mr. Randy was the main person helping us and was very kind and knowledgeable about what we needed. 10/10 would recommend this Uhaul store for renting.

Love the online website to rent to u-haul and pay for it. The u-haul was ready when they said it was going to be and we even needed it a couple of days longer than expected and they were very nice about it. My experience with this company was total satisfaction.
