I was devastated when one day out of no where God put an ambulance in my direct path and I had no choice but to hit it. My tire popped and a part of my undercarriage came off my Prius, the tire got fixed but the tire place said they couldnt help with the undercarriage, however after calling a few other automatic places they all told me they couldnt help but Pros Touch could help. I went their thinking it would probably cost an arm and leg but theyre actually very responsible plus theyre super honest, professional, very timely and I was just overall impressed with this place and highly recommend them.

Ruben and his team did a great job on my Camry. And he didnt charge me extra when the insurance company unexpectedly wouldnt cover additional work.

He truly cares about his customers and their needs. I wanted to change up a standard piece on my repair. He looked it up online while we talked about it and he ordered it on the spot! Just had our 2013 Hyundai Accent into Pros Touch for some body repair after a minor incident with a ditch, and Ruben, Robert, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. Robert went completely out of his way to make sure that the car was taken care of and that everything was perfect. This is the third vehicle of mine that Pros Touch has worked on and I can’t be happier with their customer service and the work they’ve done. I will not only highly recommend Pros Touch, but will continue to use Robert for any auto body needs!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!I had been rear-ended and had quite a bit of cosmetic damage to my car, and I was nervous about finding a place that would repair my car back to its beautiful condition prior to the accident. I just want to thank Ruben and the staff at pros touch they are very nice and respectful I was in an accident June 2018 and Sept 2018 and they help me store my car to avoid tow and storage fees and paid to get my car towed to their shop until insurance company accepted liability and never onced asked for money upfront they waited for insurance and I love how they helped getting me in a rental and relieve some stress. I will use them again and hopefully its not from another accident and i will definitely be recommend then to anyone that needs their kind of service.

Be careful with this place, we received a call from them after the fact, after service and after paying our bill in full. The call was that they made a computer mistake in charging. They said we owed an additional $90. They said we still had a balance. I assured them we had our receipt that said paid in full. The owner was so rude, after saying it was their mistake, he said if thats how you people want to be. Dont do business with that kind of person.

Just picked up my truck today, and the thing looks brand-new.... Interior is all nice and clean, The exterior looks brand-new after repairing two dents on both sides of my truck. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone looking for auto bodywork.
