This amazing bookstore is a treat to visit. Filled to the brim with all types of genres. The shop has a beautiful cat, so if youre allergic to cats be prepared, otherwise I recommend stopping by. The cat followed me around and sniffed my shoes and pants for ages. The aesthetics of the older books make you feel right at home. Theres a kids section and it has public restroom. My roommate said, It would take me years to go through all the books in here! Some books have prices on them and others are based on size; theres charts all over that gives a price based on the book size. Very unique method, love it. I was able to find the exact types of books I wanted that none of the other bookstores had. I could have ordered them online sure but supporting local businesses helps out a family and supports the economy in your community!

My new favorite store. As an introvert who loves browsing used books, this place is as fun as going on vacation. My favorite interest is psychology, and they had a great selection of books on self-help, psychology, and spirituality. The owner, Leigh, was very nice. Will be back soon.

This is SUCH a lovely place. I cant recommend it enough. The store itself is so beautiful and full of old thrifty books. ENDLESS rows of books. I could spend hours looking in one small section. And the cat who hangs out there is so beautiful and social (honestly I will solely come back for the purpose of seeing the cat again). The lady who works there is so kind, and requires masks for safety which is so important!

The Book Haven reminds me of every great used book store across the US. It has a kind staff, great smell, and an awesome cat (MoonShadow). They also have some interesting and classic material here. That “local guide” who gave this place one star is probably a psychopath.

Love this place! Loads of used books and some new. Happily search for hours if you want or ask for specific titles and she knows exactly where it is. Have fun!

Love this place. So cozy and wonderful. Easy to get lost in the stacks and stacks of loved books. Plus the kitties are always around to offer some love.

Super helpful staff, very clean, very attentive to sanitation. I found three of a four-part series I was looking for and the clerk pulled out boxes and offered to let me go through them to find the fourth. It was very much appreciated :-) I will definitely be returning.

Best bookstore in Arizona! The sci-fi/fantasy/horror selection is out of this world!

This store is great! Leigh has so many books to choose from, youre never without a choice to go home with. She has everything recorded so that she can let you know if she has the book youre looking for. If not, the shop cat will help you browse!

Just went in to try and support local businesses, and hopefully find some gems. However the lady at the counter abruptly informed me that I couldnt be in store without a face mask. I would have been less upset but she was not wearing a proper mask herself. Yes it covers her face but it was not something thats actually going to prevent bacteria from spreading. Also, it is not posted on the website that you need a mask, the store was messy, smelt musky, and oh! They charge 3% for a debit or credit card. All being said, im happy shopping from Amazon from the comfort of my couch.

Lots of cool stuff, clean and very well organized.

You name it they got it...or they can get it for you...a little on the pricey side but still when you need than one special book they go out of their wat to get it for you. Live the 2 cats that guard the place
